This three full bedroom, two full bath home with a finished basement and extra sleeping space is situated on a beautiful lot with 150 feet of lake frontage,
We have access to world class fishing, boating, skiing, and winter sports including snowmobiling, skiing, and skating. Full basement includes second full bathroom, complete laundry facilities,as well as a pull out couch/futon. Your rental includes use of kayaks, and canoes/ bicycles. We are steps from the Flambeau flowage, and our hospitable neighbors and lake resorts will make your vacation dreams come true.

The house was exactly what I expected. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and it was nice to escape the craziness of life in the quiete northwoods. Colors were nice. We did the Turtle Point hiking trail which is a nice little trail. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Very well-equipped with just about everything you could imagine for lake activities. And the kitchen was equally well-equipped to make for a very comfortable stay. A real bonus, in our opinion, was the upgraded water treatment system the owner installed to remove iron and other chemicals commonly found in other Northwoods locations. No sulfur smell or taste, no rust stains - it was great.The only issue was a little confusion trying to find the place. Our GPS (Garmin and Google both) were not much help once we were in the neighborhood. (The Google map on the VRBO website also showed an incorrect location - right lake but wrong shore.) We found the cabin pretty quickly when we ignored the GPS and followed the owner's written instructions. Glad we did - we'll be back!

Made great memories!

Stayed for a week with my hubby, 2 adult sons, and golden retriever. Loved the quiet location and beautiful lake view. Relaxed, laughed, fished, and reminisced. We didn't eat out. But grilled some amazing homemade brats from Snows grocery in Mercer. Bought some to bring back home. They are gone already, thanks to my men. Craig was super accommodating with pontoon rental. Loved the easy check out. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and beautiful views

We had such a relaxing and great time! The home is very warm and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. We were greeted by deer as we pulled in the driveway. We enjoyed some ice fishing, relaxing by the fireplace, cooking meals and watching deer roam throughout the property everyday. Beautiful views all around. Great pizza place less than 5 minutes away. Girls trip

One of the quietest lakes we have visited. The cabin was tucked way back from the road so there was just the sounds of nature. The house was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was great for early mornings or late evenings to keep the bugs away.

Park falls

Needed a place close to Springstead landing. The kayaks were fun, lake and dock were great. It is rustic but charming and comfortable. We were there on Thursday through Sunday so had to take home our garbage, which would be my only complaint.

Really nice place in a beautiful location

It’s a really nice house on a nice lake. It’s clean and nicely equipped. It’s also close to the Springstead launch on the Turtle Flambeau Flowage. Communication with Sara was easy with fast responses. We recommended the house to our fishing guide for his clients. I hope to stay here again.

Amazing!

Our family had a family reunion in Springstead, so this was a perfect place for us to stay. Our kids fished from the doc, swam, and floated on tubes in the lake. We biked a lot also. The deck is really nice and the screened in porch kept us from being eaten by mosquitoes! Amazing weekend!

Hummingbirds by the Lake!

The air is so clean and the lake is so peaceful. We enjoyed the hummingbirds at the feeder, all the bikes, boats and floaties. For rainy times there were dozens of games and puzzles and DVDs. All in all a successful family getaway!

Great stay

The cabin looks just like the photos. The spaces are large and it is very comfortable. Surrounded by shady trees and the dock on the lake is right in front, just a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking. Everything works properly. The bikes are in perfect condition, we took a ride on the ATV trails which was great. We also went to the lake with the kayaks, super. Highly recommended.
