Our room was really clean and roomy, had a jetted tub. There were two thibgs that truly made me mad. 1st expect to pay 25.00 for parking 2nd they put a 200.00 hold on your card so this money is frozen on your account until you have checked out and they have checked your room. Ive had a hold of 50.00 before but never 200.00 pretty redicolus

We had B302B, a one bedroom one bath condo with a balcony that overlooks the lawn, umbrella bar, and band stage. So killer. Had friends visit while the concert played. We enjoyed this unit. Parents were in B318 and didn’t like it as much as our place. They had landscape construction noise all day Mon-Fri.

The fact that an HOA not on site runs a lot of the stuff was frustrating, they ran out of towels at the pool half way through a Friday and never came in to replace them, so dripping wet cold kids were going back to rooms, getting the halls and elevator soaking wet. And with the HOA’s comes added fees you don’t know about until after you get there! That was frustrating! Parking another $25 a day. Not worth it! Better places to stay in park city for sure!!

The room was clean and comfortable, stocked with above average quality and quantity of stuff things like the shampoo and coffee and fridge space. I enjoyed having a small balcony where I could walk out and get fresh air. The area around the property was well cared for and walkable.

No hot water in my room. Was told I would have to wait until morning. Asked about being comped a nights stay or being moved to another room. Was told I couldn’t be moved because they didn’t have available rooms. Although it looked like many rooms were dark and unoccupied when I was out on the patio. The manager did take $50 dollars off. I appreciate the gesture, but no hot water is a huge inconvenience. Maybe I wouldn’t have cared as much, but this was part of a special occasion….kinda took part of the special out of it.
