Whether you're here to ski, hike, or recharge, this PAD delivers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Park City energy. Après Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). Strictly NO PETS allowed but if a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in.

Please note there may be an exterior security camera present at the front door/entrance of the property. Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out until 12 PM is complimentary with advance notice to us and the front desk. A $35/day resort fee (required by HOA) and a $50/day incidental hold are collected at the front desk at check-in. The incidental hold is released 5–7 business days after checkout, depending on your bank. Fees cover amenities like Wi-Fi, shuttle, valet parking, fitness center, and ski valet. Long-Term Stays (30+ Days): A utility fee of $10/day + tax applies. A hold will appear at check-in and will convert to a charge after 30 days.

- For bookings over 30 days, guests may opt for a mid-stay clean (guest-paid) or a light property walkthrough with our manager, scheduled at your convenience.
