It's composed by 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, a large kitchen, opening onto a bright living room, on a quiet street.
It is fully and smartly equipped including A/C and TV and every room.
Nicely design, full of storage, it is the prefect place for both business and leisure trips.

We provide transfer from / to airports.

We are 10 min walk from Gare du Nord / de L'Est.
Access is very easy and allows you to reach all the Parisian tourist sites in a few minutes (Louvre, Opéra, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, etc.)

Metro lines: 4, 8 and 9 (Strasbourg St Denis) and also 5 and 7 (Gare de l'Est)

Best Christmas in Paris

I would highly recommend this property. We spent Christmas in Paris with my 80-year-old mother and 3 young adult daughters. There was plenty of space, it was bright and well-appointed. One minor adjustment needed to be made to a radiator; they were responsive and there within the hour. We booked this property 9 months before our trip since we were traveling at Christmas. Communication along the way was stellar. We would definitely stay at this property again.
