It is a well-maintained residence with friendly neighbors & a helpful doorman. Transport, restaurants, markets, and two of the best bakeries in Paris are all steps away. A farmers' market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There is a Picard store for prepared quality food that is ready in a few minutes in the microwave. Next door to the Jesse Owens stadium, where there is a running track and a swimming pool, is coming up in 2025!
