Welcome to Marais Tradition! This stunning one-bedroom apartment, spanning 548 sqft / 51 sqm, is situated in the heart of the lively Marais district. Enjoy direct access to Metro Line 1, which connects you seamlessly to the Champs-Élysées and La Défense. The area is rich in cultural, historical, and architectural heritage. You'll be just a few blocks from the Musée Picasso, the Centre Pompidou, and the beautiful Place des Vosges.

The Space:
This apartment is decorated with wood accents and both the living area and the bedroom face out on a quiet interior courtyard. This apartment has a large dining table and living area with a sofa. The living room has a large flat screen TV and coffee table. The kitchen is off of the dining area and has all the amenities necessary including oven and dishwasher. The bedroom is off of the living area and has a queen sized bed and lots of closet space. The en suite bathroom is decorated in black and white mod colors. There is a bathtub and shower along with WC.

Deep in the Marais

There may be stairs but this apartment is beautifully located in the Marais. I walked everywhere and in every direction. Streets full of interesting stores, boulangeries and restaurants. Always felt safe. The apartment was quite large and located at the back of the building so wonderfully quiet. Fully equipped kitchen, good sized bathroom and big open area living/dining space. I was sorry to leave.
