Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, la couette a une épaisseur de 3mm et le sol est en carrelage. Il devait faire 6 degrés dehors, je n’ai pas réussi à dormir de la nuit à cause du froid de la chambre..

Hôtel à éviter

Mon séjour s'est passé de façon médiocre: confort insuffisant, salle d'eau exigüe, personnel pas toujours disponible, restaurant médiocre. Petit déjeuner correct. Un hôtel 2* au même prix qu'un 3* (Résidence hôtel Europe à Clichy. Le personnel n'est pas vraiment professionnel. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel que j'ai trouvé décevant.

L'hôtel est correct et pas cher... Cependant, la literie de la chambre est complètement déformée, et le rideau de douche sent l'urine.. 2 points noirs qui font que je ne retournerai probablement pas dans cet hotel

Att undvika

Positivt: stor säng, varm vatten i duschen, vänlig personal, rent dagen vi kom, fri wifi. Negativt: hård säng, dålig ljudisolering, inget städ av rummet varje dag, hissen sönder "dagen innan vi kom" och inte reparerats under de tre dagar vi var där, elementet uppsatt på väggen, inte fastsatt, därför bara ett mirakel att det inte skadade någon av oss, det ramlade nämligen ner bara man rörde vid det (farligt för barn). Frukosten afficherats för ett visst pris men kostande mer till slut osv. Nyckelkortet till rummet fungerade ibland, ibland inte. Opålitligt system. Vi upplevde hotellet som oprofessionellt och inte riktigt värd den andra stjärnan.

L'hôtel était fermé quand nous y sommes arrivés et nous avons dû en chercher un autre en dernière minute ! Je confirme ma demande de remboursement des frais supplémentaires engagés suite à cette désinvolture. nous n'avons jamais été informés ni avant ni après sur les raisons de cette fermeture

Hôtel tout neuf

L'hôtel avait ouvert seulement deux semaines avant mon passage. L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas encore mais le personnel m'a aimablement porté ma lourde valise jusqu'à ma chambre. Par contre ayant réservé par Expédia, j'ai payé dix euros de plus que le tarif en vigueur au moment de mon passage, ce que j'ai assez moyennement apprécié. Ca restait néanmoins un bon tarif dans un quartier où les hôtels sont globalement d'un très mauvais rapport qualité-prix.
