The concierge were so helpful and friendly. They helped us navigate the city. Loved the location, and the many restaurants. Very safe and clean… great washrooms! It is located right above a Metro station which you feel and hear. This last bit did not bother us since all the other things about this hotel were excellent. We would definitely return.

Good budget friendly hotel

This was a good selection for us. We used the subway the whole time we stayed and there were several entrances near the hotel. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. Easy access to everything we wanted. The only issue was the tub/shower. It was a tub, with a plastic half wall. Water got everywhere when you showered if you were not careful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice room. A/C was exceptionally quiet. Very comfy bed. But if you are a light sleeper, you won't be happy. From room #36, several times per minute you will hear a sound that resembles distant rolling thunder: it's coming from the metro system underneath you. That could make for a nasty night's sleep.

Hotel Edouard 6 is one of the bests. The location is awsome. One of the main subway stations is just in front of the hotel's entrance. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super kind and helpful.I arrived at 12 pm and I got my room key by 1:15 pm. Stevens helped me alot with telling me all the details about subway tickets and map and all other information about sight seeings. One of the things that you must consider is the night life of the hotel's neighberhoud. It is so vivid. Lots of cafes, resturants and shops are in the neighberhoud. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Edouard 6 and will deifintley come back again.

COZY AND CONVENIENT

This chain has several properties around Paris and we stayed at the one near the Montparnasse train station for easy access to our next destination, Bordeaux. This hotel is centrally located in the Latin quarter, with a metro stop right at its doorstep. Nice neighborhood to explore, lots of cafes and bakeries, and a nearby McDonald's. Room is pretty tight, as most European hotels are, and you need to be creative where to stow your luggage so you can walk around the room. Bathroom is surprisingly spacious and newly-renovated. Love the bidet system that warms up the toilet seat as well, we were wondering if this brand is available in the US because we want it installed! Forget the breakfast---it's served in a cave-like dining room, very claustrophobic and limited selection. You're better off grabbing your food at the bakeries in the neighborhood. Tight elevator. Friendly and pleasant staff.
