Very good affordable option to explore Paris. Very close to the metro which allows you to be 20 mins away from major stops like the Trocadero square and Eiffel Tower. Hotel felt safe as the area is mostly residential with lots of families around.

In general, the hotel is good for travellers with a budget. Staff are friendly. You can walk to Boucicaut subway station within a few minutes. There are a lot of laundromat (Laverie-Libre service) close to the hotel. The only thing I am not very happy is the size of the shower stall.

The hotel locations proximity to Eiffel tower and Champs Elysee and Roland Garros is good but not to all other tourist spot. Close to a Maternity hospital. They serve breakfast but the server during breakfast is so rude.

Room perfectly OK, exactly like the picture in fact. A/C at 19 degrees was not in phase with the eco-thing about washing towels. Had to cut off the noisy A/C during the night, even if I configured a higher temperature.

Avoid if you can.

Room is horrible, carpet is dirty and looks like something was spilled on it , bleach or something. Shower drain is not working as it should and leaking water all over bathroom floor. Breakfast is lack of food, if you not first, you may not get seat or even something to eat. Breakfast room is simply too small. Location is fine, just 5 min away from line 8 metro and 3min from grocery shop. Photos taken really smart and make hotel or room look bigger than it actually are. Small letters state that you get game console and music players in room, that is not true.
