The property is basic, with a bed, toilet and shower and desk. You can borrow an iron from reception and use the microwave. No phones in the rooms. A small 1 person lift is available for suitcases and other small items. The cleanliness could be improved however cleaning staff have a lot of rooms to cover. There was hair in the shower and dust in the air humidifier. Nothing a few wipes couldn't solve. The staff were efficient, very helpful and polite. The hotel is located close to Gare du Nord (via la Chapelle) which is good for connectivity. Lots of local amenities nearby - food, laundry and night life.

A good location if arriving and leaving by Eurostar. A peaceful hotel in good condition. Walkable for Montmartre (and central Paris if one feels up to it) but also close to public transportation. Would stay again

The hotel was located really close to transport links so that was very useful and close to Gare du Nord station and reception is staffed 24/7- which were the reasons why I booked it. The room was small but did not feel suffocating and everything was laid out very nicely and in a functional way, including the bathroom and it was all clean. Overall it was very ideal for my stay. I just had one scary experience- on my last night a man who appeared a bit suspicious did try to follow me into reception but the staff quickly threw him out after I raised an alarm that I do not know him and I was very grateful for that. I did ask the reception staff afterwards what the man said when they told him to leave and they said he was drunk but there was also a language barrier so things may have been lost in translation. Otherwise the surrounding area may appear a bit dodgy but outside of that interaction on my last night, I was not bothered by anyone.

Parking here is a nightmare but it is very close to the train. The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was handy for our requirements.

This was in a great location for catching the Eurostar from Gare de Nord. Just a short walk away. However, it was a noisy location and as a solo female traveller it didn’t feel overly safe.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station for an easy commute. However, the area is not the best and the hotel room we were assignment had mold on the wall as well as stains on the curtains and in the bathroom.

Good hotel to a good price!

Nice hotel to a good price maybe not in the best area in Paris but it was good transportations from there.It is in Saint Denis and close to Gare De Nord. Nice and helpful staff. The room was nice but they don't have any breakfast.

Great property close to the railway station. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a large shower room. Bed was very comfortable. While being in a more sketchy area from the train station, our stay was great and we loved the reception team with their friendliness. As Americans being in Paris for our first time, they helped us feel welcomed and loved chatting with us.

Very, very clean & with helpful & friendly staff. Area was quite noisy but was not a big issue for us, we just needed a quick trip for a tradeshow. I would use the hotel again for the same type of trip. The hotel was good value and very close to several metros so exactly what we needed.

Very bad service from the hotel reception staff they ignored your complaints room is very noise never come in summer time they don’t have air conditioning and outside is to loud you can’t open the windows it’s to noise to sleep toilet is very small they don Have elevators reception staff can’t speak English I stayed 3 nights and I met 3 different staff I have to explain in translation Everything such a bad hotel I will not recommend this hotel very bad hotel
