Your Paris Retreat

This is the fourth time we stayed at this wonderful 5* hotel - now in the Champs-Elyssees Suite on the 4th floor. Clean and bright with balcony surrounding the rooms. Wonderful breakfast (room service), bar and restaurant service. Concierge and Pierre were outstanding; looking forward to next stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and restaurant, and beautiful interior décor and lobby. Absolutely loved the Eiffel Tower suite. Incredibly spacious, great bathroom and separate sitting area, and lovely views of the Eiffel Tower and with the wrap-around terrace, of the Arc de Triomphe nearby and Sacré Coeur in the distance! Very nice, walkable location too. We'll definitely stay here again when we next return to Paris.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! My mom stayed here on a recent trip to Paris. It’s in the perfect location just a few mins from the arch de triumph. The staff is extremely helpful and helped with things like booking dinner reservations and provided advice on getting around Paris and surrounding areas. The best thing about this place is their stunning Rooftop. This is a must see when in Paris as it has the best view of the Eiffel Tower I’ve seen. I highly recommend this property. It was a luxurious and memorable experience.

Hotel Perfection At Its Finest

We absolutely loved Hotel Raphael. From the amazing decor, to the most helpful staff, and comfortable rooms, it was perfect. Sometimes boutique hotels aren't as great in terms of beds and bathroom space. Hotel Raphael has comfortable beds and large bathrooms. There is also tons of closet space. The food in the restaurant and room service was fantastic. The neighborhood is also clean, safe, and an easy walk to great shopping and restaurants - all while avoiding the crowds of more touristy neighborhoods. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Paris.

Was a great hotel 20-30 years ago, but went to hell. Management don’t care to take care of guests, filthy carpets, no wall outlets for electrical devices, service despicable. Its not a 5 star, it’s run down junk. Bellman won’t even load your luggage in the car, nor assist with bags. Terrible.

This hotel is beautiful and in a fabulous location. We could walk easily to many of the metro lines, stores, restaurants and had beautiful views. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there at in August with 95 degree weather. The room stayed cool but the bathroom was warm, as to be expected in that heat. That said, everything else in Paris was scorching and it was nice to come back to a cool room. The rooftop bar has a breath taking view, but is pricey. Drinks were 30 euro each and Coca Cola was 18 euro. The only negatives we had were that the walls were a thin and room service had a very limited menu. We could clearly hear the guest next to us...very clearly. Room service did not have a typical American menu but the minibar was well stocked and there is a great little store around the corner with everything you could need that was open until 2AM.

Hotel im Antiken Stil, was an sich toll ist. Aber leider ist auch die Infrastruktur antik und in die Jahre gekommen. Service ist nur ok, zwar sticht der eine Angestellte hervor, aber allgemein sind die Angestellten nicht zuvorkommend. Dies erwartet man bei einem Fünfsternehotel der oberen Preiskategorie. Es sieht aber leider so aus, als wär der Preis stark davon beeinflusst, dass sich das Hotel in der Nähe der bekannten Strasse Champs, Élysées befindet. Fazit für den Preis (Junior Suite, 800 circa die Nacht) fehlt noch ein gutes Stück. Sehen Sie sich S. O./Paris Hotel an. Für weniger mehr.

If you are looking for a hotel in one of the most prestigious areas of Paris, you can stop your search if you are reading this review. Hôtel Raphael is an incredibly beautiful and historic hotel with an amazing and attentive staff. If your stay in Paris needs to be special, this is the place. We stayed in room 608 and it was incredible. The size of the suite is that is a nice apartment in Paris and the views of the Eiffel Tower from your own private terrace ( and bed) are near beyond words! This is the place that you have been looking for.
