Our new favourite hotel in Paris

This hotel was fantastic. Room was very comfortable with nice added touches of free drinks in mini-bar. Breakfast was delicious, location was fab and staff were super friendly. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Paris!!

Great stay for our last night in Paris. Very easy location if using the Metro, located in a hip area and close to Montmartre. Rooms are small - but clean and updated. Would stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was perfect, so we slept very well. The hotel was located in a good spot, close to the subway and just walking around. The receptionist on Friday and Saturday was super friendly. Wil come back againn

We stayed for three nights. The room was enough big for three of us (2 adults and 1 children). They made a surprise for children and he was really felt so happy by his chocolate and kids shampoo and paintings:) There was a market and rest near the hotel. It was also near bus station (300 meters). Staff was so helpful. I recommend Le Grey.

I was disappointed as we were assigned a room that had a broken air conditioning unit but we didn’t know it. We spent the first in a hit room. The next morning I explained to the desk attendant that there was an issue. He said he would check on it. Unfortunately we were out all day and never received communication that they wouldn’t be able to fix it. I even called during the day and the person just gave our message to the other attendant. We found out at 5:00 pm and we had to leave for a show at 5:45 and still had to get ready. We were given 2 rooms instead of a suite but had to pack up and move our bags before we could get ready. This caused undo stress. They could have called and we would have returned early. Very disappointed as we paid for a suite.

Many cafes and stores within walking distance. Easy access to several Metro stops which was very convenient. The desk staff was super helpful though the cleaning person unplugged my stuff and replaced towels even when I didn’t request new towels (by leaving them on the floor)

Front desk staff Maria was very friendly and helpful. We needed to move from the 5th fl to the 2nd fl due to no cold water on the whole 5th floor on our 2nd day. Maria was able to move us to the same kind of the room we had reserved. AC didn't work at both rooms, temperture stayed the same no matter how high we changed it to. There was a hallow aera on the one side of the mattress at our 2nd room. My husband managed to stay away from that area but still not comfortable.

I am writing to formally express our concerns regarding our recent stay at Le Grey Hotel from July 26 to July 31, 2025, in rooms 33 and 34. While we were initially excited about our stay at your esteemed four-star boutique hotel, unfortunately, several unresolved issues significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Room 33 – Air Conditioning and Ventilation Issues The air conditioning unit in Room 33 was non-functional throughout the entire stay, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially given the summer temperatures. In addition, the washroom ventilation system was also not operational, resulting in excessive humidity and stale air, making it difficult to breathe and relax in the space. Moreover, for two consecutive days, there was a strong foul odor emanating from the washroom area. We are unsure whether it originated from the drain or another source, but it was very unpleasant. Room 34 – Inadequate Cooling Room 34 had limited cool air output, which made it uncomfortable for the guests staying there as well. Although it was slightly better than Room 33, the temperature was still far from acceptable for a room advertised as air-conditioned. Response and Follow-Up We raised these issues daily with the hotel staff, who assured us that someone was working on resolving them. We were informed at one point that the air conditioning was out of gas; however, no permanent fix was made during our entire stay. Only on the last night were we provided wi
