Located at in a nice quiet area with little restaurants. You get the vibe of everyday Parisian life. There’s parks and close to Pernety station. The building is classic with comfortable beds and nice modern bathroom. Rooms are small but just what you need after a long walk around the city. Is good option for a budget friendly hotel.

A small but decent hotel

The hotel is 8 mins walk from Pernety station and there’s a fee famous korean restaurant nearby! Good for quick grab of food

This hotel offers refreshing air conditioning, making it a comfortable stay! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The towels could use a refresh, as some had stains. Wi-Fi connection takes a moment to establish, but once connected, it works smoothly. The elevator is compact but functional. We enjoyed restful sleep and loved the convenience of a charming boulangerie just around the corner. Overall, a solid 3-star experience. Thank you!

From the Reception staff to the housemaids were very friendly and helpful.The train station wasnt far and next door was a bakery and a little park across the road. Get affordable accommodation and was easy getting around paris from.

Really liked the staff, super helpful and kind. The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, but this wasn't there hotels fault and they did try to get rid of the smell for us, but couldn't. I would stay here again, just for the excellent customer service.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! The hotel was clean and tidy and we had a lovely view overlooking the street and the neighborhood park. We didn’t pay for the breakfast as there’s an amazing bakery next door we grabbed food from. The area felt safe at night and overall I consider this a great value for being in Paris. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area. The room was clean and nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It’s also not too far from the metro station. The only downside was that they did not replenish the soap in the dispenser of the washroom prior to us staying there.

The hotel was not very clean. On the first day, we asked the maids twice to change the bed sheets, but they didn’t. On the second day, they only tidied up the room, and the sheets still were not changed. The floor was also dirty. The mattress was sagging, though still usable. Aside from these issues, the room itself was generally tidy. The location is decent, with bus and metro stops about a 10-minute walk away

You get what you pay for. The room was sufficient enough for a short stay. Although the bed sheets have some minor stains & hair in it.. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, nothing much going on. There’s a park across, a boulangerie downstairs, restaurants, and other necessary establishments are also around. The metro is a 10 min walk from here.

I had to wait 15 m to check in. A note said that the employee would be right back but it was a long wait and she didn’t apologize when she arrived, she went on cleaning dishes in the kitchen for a few minutes. However the hotel room though tiny was comfortable. It was perfect for one night

It was a good stay for the price. The staff members were all polite and courteous. I felt welcomed. The only thing is that you can see that some areas need updates soon for example all the doors sounded rusty and made a noise when guests opened or closed. The bathroom particularly needs to be updated. My bathroom door was rusty at the bottom, and the shower head felt loose. With that said, I still think I had a good stay for my budget. I slept well and the neighborhood was quiet. The thermostat temperature was great.

Ok

The overall stay was great, good location 50 min walk from your main attractions, great bakery next door, multiple supermarkets within an 5-6 min walk, lovely restaurant across the street. However there were two main issues: The cleaner that came into our room into daily would only empty our bins and nothing else (no bedding change etc) forgot to change towels/gave too little towels on occasion, there was also a lot dust in the room on arrival, however this wasn’t a big issue as we kept our room clean ourselves. The bigger issue was the staff service at the hotel, majority of the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. However, on our last day we could not have felt more uncomfortable. We left our bags in the reception area as we had a late flight on our return to collect our belongings the member of staff kept watching our every move very uncomfortably and asking questions in a rudely member, making it clear he did not want us there, we were not longer allowed to use facilities such as the toilet within the hotel according to him. Due to us feeling extremely uncomfortable we stood outside of the hotel waiting a taxi earlier than we planned to, to our surprise the member of staff came out the second we got into the taxi to which I assume was to ask what we were still doing there. Another safety issue I found is that there was no locks on the door therefore anyone with a key can enter your room at any time particularly overnight which is quite frightening.

Everyone was very helpful. The hotel room was very clean. The heater did not adjust up as much as we needed. The location was very close to the sites we wanted to see. I would definitely stay there again.

It was OK. The room was pretty small and the fact the shower was the bathroom made things a bit more tricky, but it worked for an overnight. A positive point: the gentleman at the 'accueil' was very friendly and helpful.
