I had a wonderful stay at La Finca Hôtel & Spa. The location was excellent—convenient, lively and perfect for exploring Paris. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally kind, pleasant and helpful, and they made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the spa was unavailable during my visit, but the hotel handled the situation beautifully by upgrading my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful example of their commitment to excellent service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was decent. Two large issues were consequential on the rating: Wifi was absolutely terrible (essentially not working, crippling our ability to do work or stay in touch), and breakfast quality was poor (narrow choice, terrible fruits, low quality croissants, chewy brioche, had to talk to someone to get coffee, no juice, etc.). We did not even use the Spa.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. ONE BIG ISSUE: the wifi was garbage. If you are traveling for work, or need to work from there, it was useless. I couldn't join calls and I could barely browse the web. I tried multiple devices, in my room, the lobby, the bar, etc. No luck. However, everything else was really nice. I came during the heatwave and the AC worked fine — it cut off quite often but was able to be reset regularly and I maintained it around 24 C which was totally fine. All of the staff were really nice and helpful when I had issues. Is it the nicest place ever? Of course not. But It was a nice home base. The spa in the basement took awhile to heat but got nice and steamy. The "jacuzzi" was cold and useless.

I loved my stay at La Finca! Everyone was welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The room was cozy and the bathtub was a real dream. The breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again my next visit to Paris:)
