Dank, dim and smelly

Location fairly close to CDG. Non-smoking room smelled of old smoke. Bathroom tile grout had black mold. TV never found the remote control. Bad lighting and old decorating.

Accueil sympa , manque de descriptif pour le déroulement de ma chambre, celle ci pas très propre , et en plus nuit agitée par l alarme incendie déclenchée par erreur ( mauvaise nuit ).Dans l ensemble l hôtel vieillissant et manque de netoyage ..Si il n'y aurait pas la Japan Expo je ne pense pas que j aurais choisi cet hôtel, trop cher pour la prestation

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel was one of the most horrifying experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, they gave me a room that was absolutely disgusting: feces in the toilet, pubic hair in the shower, and towels stained with something red. Completely unacceptable hygiene. But what happened next was truly terrifying. At 1:00 a.m., a hotel security guard tried to break into my room, violently kicking the door and trying to force it open for over 20 minutes. I was alone. When I finally opened the door and shouted at him, he claimed to be “government security” and, after I confronted him, he just said “désolé” (sorry in French) and ran away. I was scared for my life. I called the front desk nonstop from 1:00 a.m. until 5:00 a.m. and no one ever answered. Not a single response during an emergency like that. I was completely alone and unprotected. When I finally managed to report the incident in person, the receptionist was more irritated than I was, offered no help, and showed zero empathy. This place is not just dirty and mismanaged — it is a real danger to your safety. If you are a woman traveling alone, please do not stay here. What I went through felt like a horror movie. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Hotel pratique et fonctionnel pour un séjour motivé par les concours organisés au Parc des expositions, à 10 mns.... Très bon petit déjeuner! MERCI au Personnel de l'établissement, très accueillant, disponible et cordial. P.S: à proximité, le canal de l'Ourcq et le parc de la Poudrerie offrent de belles promenades.

Hôtel proche du parc des expositions de Villepinte, seul point positif. Chambre limite propre avec des équipements en mauvais état, une odeur de climatisation mal entretenue dans la chambre. Que 2 serviettes de bains, pas de serviette de toilette… bref pour une nuit ça fait le job mais pas envie d’y rester plus longtemps. De grands travaux de rénovations sont à envisager dans cet hôtel.
