The toilet stinks. Not even a single glass was given.The same food was repeated three days we were there for breakfast!!!However the staff were helpful and the hotel was close to the train station and some lovely restaurants around it. Expected much more from a brand like Holiday Inn.

The hotel has a great location—it's close to the metro, pharmacies, a convenience store, and right near the canal, which is nice for walks. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. However, we always had to ask for housekeeping, which was a bit annoying. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work properly, and the rooms were just average—nothing fancy. Overall, it’s a good place if you want something convenient with helpful staff and a solid breakfast. Just don’t expect too much from the rooms.

Great place to stay in Paris

This was a nice hotel. It is right next to a canal. We watched boats and enjoyed walks along side it. It is only a 5 minute walk to the metro that takes you Saint Chapelle and The Louvre. A laundromat that takes credit cards was about an 8 minute walk (Laverie Lincoln). There is a playground across the canal. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel itself was better than I had expected for a 3 star. The big downside is that they do not offer secure WiFi. When I queried this the staff member actually laughed at me & told me that nobody needs secure WiFi in a hotel.

Stayed one night. Train station was a block away and staff helped navigate us to get to the Louvre from there. It was easy and straight forward. The hotel itself is nice. We were one adult and 3 kids. The had a bed, a pullout, and a cot. All were clean and comfortable. Shower was nice/warm. Hot breakfast is included, and it was very good. Did not appear to be a very touristy area. The main roads close to the hotel seemed a little sketchy. We chose to uber back from the louvre bc it was late and dark out.

Ho hum

The hotel was recommended by a friend. There is a good restaurant next door but the area is bit run down. The hotel staff were lovely but I thought it unusual that the hotel adds an extra twenty euros on a taxi ride to the airport. They quoted 70 euros to call a cab to the airport but if you call the taxi company yourself it’s 50 euros. No other hotel that I have stayed in in Paris does this. It leaves a bad taste.
