Great location

Hotel Mathis is centrally located which made it easy to get around to all the attractions. The rooms were a good size with daily servicing. Front desk were friendly and always keen to help.

Loved our stay here! The staff was VERY friendly and SUPER helpful! They were kind and thoughtful, while also being funny. They went out of their way everyday to make sure we were ok and got anything we needed. It was also a perfect location! The metro was close and a lot of restaurants were around the corner! We would recommend this hotel to family and friends!

The property was excellent for our needs - Great location, great staff, clean. The room was basic but what I expected. My only complaint about the hotel was the internet and wifi reception - it was very choppy and often did not work. I would definitely stay there again.

This lovely hotel is a block from the Champs Élysées, 2 blocks from a Big Bus Grand Palais stop and major subway routes. We were just in Paris for the weekend so location was everything. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and the beautiful Seine river cruise dinner boats are a 10 minute walk away. Will stay here again Breakfast served in a quaint well decorated room was fresh and tasty

The front desk manager, was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. All other staff we met were the same. The rooms are small however this is to be expected for a hotel such as this. The USB ports in the bedroom by the desk however did not work.

We absolutely loved it here. everything was so charming even the little lift . the front desk staff were fabulous. a 1 min walk to the gardens and 2 min to the Champs Elysees. so many many eating options around and everything was excellent ,including prices. 5 min walk to the subway either Franklin or Champs. be aware that you have to leave your key with the front desk because it’s an actual key and for security purposes you have to leave it behind. also if you use the minibar, you get taxed for your entire stay- not worth the city taxes for a bottle of water or juice.do not use it!!!

Super friendly hotel in the heart of Paris close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Our only complaint was at check-in they said mini bar was free and included in the reservation. At check out we had a 57€ charge. Apparently only water, sodas and juice was free-everything else had a cost. This was never explained fully at check-in and felt blindside by this. There was also nothing in writing in the room about what was included in the free mini bar-all items were in the fridge together
