Its careful decoration will make you enjoy your Parisian stay. It is surrounded by many shops. It has been renovated with modern materials so that you benefit from optimal comfort. Clean yet very small/old apartment

Shower and toilet were so small that my bf (180cm) almost hit his knees on the wall when he scrunches. There was no elevator and only narrow walk-up stairs whose some parts were broken. There was orange peels stuck in AC that caused them not working well. Not recommend if you have big luggages but convenient neighborhood (3mins away from bon marche). The host was sometimes responsive and sometimes not so make sure to communicate early (during daytime) if something is wrong.

Disaster that could have been avoided

Stayed for 12 nights. No warning was given that building would be under major renovation during stay. Construction noise starting early mornings, loud workers outside windows on scaffolding, dust, dirt and debris all over entry and courtyard, lights out and water off at times, compromised security and safety. Street entrance door left open at times and courtyard door lock not working. Apartment windows were taped over with paper during stay to spray stucco on exterior walls. Request for 50% refund of rental fees ultimately resulted in 30% refund. Apartment could be comfortable with no construction happening but interior needs lighting near couch/bed, towel bars in bathroom and toiletry shelf in shower. If there was no construction and the recommended interior additions were made, it could be a good place.

Je suis restée une dizaine de jours dans ce studio et j’ai apprécié son excellent emplacement, sa surface tout à fait confortable pour Paris et le fait que tout soit neuf et de bonne qualité.
