It was our first time in Paris and I don’t understand how this place has a 92% rating. Location The apartment is in Saint-Denis, an unsafe area with prostitution, drugs, and pickpockets. We had no incidents because we stayed very alert. It’s far from the main attractions, and it’s not true that you can reach the center in “6 minutes by car.” Maybe at dawn without traffic, but normally it’s long and complicated. The metro is also not practical or safe at certain hours. Building and access It’s on the fourth floor of an old building with no elevator and very narrow stairs: carrying heavy suitcases was a nightmare. Definitely not suitable for elderly people or anyone with mobility issues. Apartment Minimalist and lacking charm. The views are unpleasant and there was scaffolding with workers right in front of the living room. Dirty carpet, dusty sofa, and a broken chair. The bathroom was the best part: plenty of hot water and good pressure, though the shower hose was damaged. The bedroom was the most uncomfortable: mattress and pillows were not in bad condition but very uncomfortable, causing back and neck pain. Heating worked fine and the washing machine was useful. Check-in A complete disaster. They first sent us to a hotel for keys that didn’t work. Then, wrong and confusing codes made us waste over an hour outside at night in the cold. Conclusion Paris is an amazing city, but this apartment was expensive, uncomfortable, far from everything, and had a chaotic check-in process. I would not recommend it and I wouldn’t return.

Nuestra experiencia en este departamento – Primera vez en París Fue nuestra primera vez en París y no entiendo cómo este lugar tiene un 92% de calificación. Ubicación El departamento está en Saint-Denis, una zona insegura, con prostitución, drogas y pickpockets. No tuvimos incidentes porque estuvimos muy alerta. Está lejos de los principales atractivos y no es cierto que en “6 minutos en coche” llegas al centro. El metro tampoco es práctico ni seguro en ciertos horarios. Edificio y acceso Está en un cuarto piso sin elevador y con escaleras angostas: subir maletas pesadas fue un tormento. No es apto para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. Departamento Minimalista y sin encanto. Las vistas son feas y había un andamio con obreros frente a la sala. Alfombra sucia, sillón polvoriento y una silla rota. El baño fue lo mejor: agua caliente y buena presión, aunque la manguera estaba dañada. La habitación fue lo más incómodo: colchón y almohadas poco confortables, que me generaron dolor de espalda y cuello. La calefacción funcionaba y la lavadora fue útil. Check-in Un caos total. Nos hicieron ir primero a un hotel por unas llaves que no servían. Luego, códigos erróneos y confusos que nos hicieron perder más de una hora en plena noche y frío. Conclusión París es increíble, pero este departamento fue caro, incómodo, lejos y con un check-in confuso. No lo recomiendo y ni volvería.
