Obwohl sie nicht im Stadtzentrum liegt, eignet sie sich dank der bequemen Verkehrsanbindung hervorragend, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Hausverwalter ist hilfsbereit und beantwortet alle Fragen fast sofort. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist von der Straße aus gut zu sehen.
