This hotel was a wonderful, no-frills accommodation within walking distance of all the iconic Parisian sights, near a huge metro station (M6, M8, M10), and a bus stop right across the street. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and see it right from the corner of the hotel. So many wonderful restaurants nearby that it would take us weeks to try them all even if we went to a different restaurant every meal. They weren’t super expensive, either! About €60 for two people. The breakfast provided by the hotel was basic and delicious. I honestly struggled with too many choices and often ran to just a coffee and pain au chocolat. The room was small, we got a superior room and it was only slightly larger than the bed. However, being from NYC this was typical for us. I do wish they had some drawers in the closet area for putting away things (and a safe), but the room had a coffee maker which was appreciated. The tub was so deep and relaxing after walking over 10k steps a day. Bathroom is a little cramped, but we didn’t mind. We could hear the other guests in their rooms very easily, but if you’re only using this as a place to store your items and sleep it’s negligible. Maybe not great for a honeymoon if you’re…loud. Staff was friendly and spoke English fluently. Very helpful, too! We would definitely come back as a couple to this hotel if we found ourselves in Paris again. However, I wouldn’t come with the kids. Way too cramped for that.

Arrived in the middle of a heat wave, only to be told there was no air conditioning. Extremely uncomfortable with only a portable fan to circulate the hot air. Room was extremely small, even by European standards. Shower was barely big enough to fit inside. A larger person would not fit. Elevator could only hold 2 people, and that's without luggage. Stopped working altogether on second day there. Very noisy from the street at night. Breakfast was only OK and definitely overpriced. Only positive for me was location, which is 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower.

Comfortable stay.

Shower place is really tight. Otherwise the bed is really comfortable, black out curtain, clean and the neighbourhood feels relatively safe to walk in at night. Also nearbyetro station under 10mins walk.

The quality and location of the room was great. The only negatives were late night partying noise from Midnight to 2:00 a.m. and the room daily room service lacked in cleaning…floor was not swept and the bed was never made up. Overall good value for for the price of the room.

We had a 2 night stay and our overall experience was pleasant.Rooms were clean.Staff was friendly.Price was reasonable. The best part is its very close to the eiffel tower which is about 14 minutes walk.Rooms are small and washroom is very tiny.however it didnt bother me much since the location was convenient for me.

This hotel is excellent for the location but that is really all. The rooms are small in size and bathrooms even smaller. The included breakfast is basic and limited to cold meats, cheeses and breads. No hot food options were available. House keeping is by request, they will do basics like change bins but bed turnover by request as we learnt. Overall for the price and location it is one of the better option, if your into hotel facilities I would suggest to pay a little more and look elsewhere.

It was in a very good location. The Eiffel Tower was only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Also, there are a couple of small market type or convenience stores located very close by in case if you need anything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only thing is that the bathroom was a bit small, and when you would sit on the toilet, you would literally be touching the wall in front of you. Also, breakfast seemed to contain a good variety, but it was 15 euros per person, which I believe is a little pricey. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

The place was small, but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Negatives: 1. Reduced flow of hot water to the bathroom sink so that it would be almost a trickle. Hot water at the sink is necessary and I don't think this is acceptable. 2. The area around the toilet, shower and wall is hardly enough to get into the shower or use the toilet.

The bathroom is incredibly small. If you have mobility issues, you may, like me, have trouble getting in and out of the shower. I know laws in France say that it's French-first on the media when in France, but having some English-speaking channels on the TV would be good, even if it's just news for us international travellers.

Enjoyed staying here, the staff are very helpful and very close to stores, metro, and short walk to Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed the windows and natural light as well as hair dryer and iron. Would stay here again!
