"I have nothing but praise for this place. Yes, it's clean and convenient and the bed was super comfortable and everyone there very welcoming, but for me, the staff went above and beyond when I found upon arrival that I had lost my phone at the airport. The young woman, Emma, part of the welcoming staff at the hotel, was able to locate my phone -- as I went back to the airport to try to locate lost and found, she called my phone (which was on silent, by the way) at least five more times until the person who found it picked it up. That was so above and beyond that I couldn't believe it. I've stayed in five star hotels where the staff was no where near as helpful."
