The property is in a great area. Quiet accommodation but in a cool and vibrant area. The pictures are broadly accurate but these must have been taken when it was first done up. The bathroom shower tray does not drain properly and there was evidence of previous issues with this. The bathroom door also doesn’t lock. Having said this, overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

Die Lage des Apartment ist super, man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten bei Sacre Coer, Montmartre oder Metro Stationen. Dadurch war es ideal zum Erkunden der Stadt.Das Apartment ist hochwertig ausgestattet im Hinterhaus und mit allem notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenständen. Allerdings gibt es ein Feuchtigkeits- und Schimmelproblem im Haus und das riecht man. Es gibt Risse in den Wänden und die Fußleisten lösen sich an einigen Stellen. Dazu kam das die Wohnung keine Fenster hat außer den Luken im Glasdach und eine davon war nicht dicht. Es regnete fast jeden Tag während unseres Aufenthaltes und es tropfte dann durch die Luke, so das wir einen Topf auf dem Wohnzimmertisch unterstellen mussten. Das war schon vor unserer Ankunft bekannt und war bis zu unserer Abfahrt nicht behoben.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, kurze Fußwege zu Sacre Coer und Montmartre. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, hat aber deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und Feuchtigkeits/Schimmel Probleme / Risse in den Wänden und sich lösende Fußleisten. Es gibt außer dem Glasdach keine Fenster und das Glasfach hat bei uns bei Regen geleckt, so das wir einen Topf auf dem Wohnzimmertisch darunter platzieren mussten.
