Polite, helpful staff. A small hotel and therefore the rooms are rather small - I booked a Superior room. We had a comfortable stay. All room facilities were present, as described, but the area around the minibar was not cleaned the following day, and cups remained unwashed.

The room size was very small. Better if you are solo travelling but my partner & I had no room to walk and around. It was extremely small and suffocating but the area around it is safe.

I really liked the hotel. It located in a good and quite neighbourhood. You can reach the bus stop in 3 min by walk. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff was nice. Especially I want to thank Valid for his great helps during check in and warm welcoming. I will prefer to stay again on my another trip.

It’s a nice hotel and I had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a nice surprise. However, the walls are quite thin and I could hear very loudly every footstep the person above took. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

Good value for money close to La Defense area.

This is now the Kyriad Hotel, La Defense, Courbevoie. They provided us with an excellent, if somewhat cramped, handicapped accessible room with, in effect, a private patio (an exterior area between the breakfast room and our separate "cabin". The one negative was the distance of the (included) parking from the hotel -around 500 metres distant.

Wonderful personal service

Extremely courteous service from highly courteous staff. Cute garden terrace. Good value budget b&b in la defense. Per friendly. 20 minutes walk to metro. 8 minutes walk to underground car park. Basic breakfast. Loved my stay here.

There were issues regarding room cleaning and replenishing towels, tea/coffee and tissues on both days. Disappointing because I was visiting family and the hotel is conveniently situated - unlike to return. I am most grateful to hotels.com for following up on this matter.

View of the Eiffel tower!

I only booked this hotel, because it had views of the Eiffel tower and it did! Very special :) The rooms are small, but clean. Location is far off the city center and public transportation. Parking is a nightmare and you have to walk a while to the parking garage, the hotel works with.

Niceish Hotel, BUT Indifferent Location.

Hotel is small, clean with good staff. Room clean, but double bed was two singles pushed together, making for bad sleep. No one seemed available to advise on local transport and area. Was left unsure about facilities and charges, was wifi free or not, etc. No real facilities for business traveller, like me. Unfortunately location too far from La Defense for attractions, too far for work at Argenteuil.

Cozy and quiet

We arrived late at night and check in was very quick. Felt very welcome from the start. The lift is tiny but works well. The room, a double, was kind of small but worked well, it had a little bar fridge, kettle, TV and the bathroom was small but good. Shower was a ittle difficult to regulate the temperature and when too many people had showers the pressure was a little low. Breakfast was simple but quite nice. All the staff was very helpful. It's in a quiet area and buses stop pretty much right outside. Very convenient if youre going to an event at La Defense Arena. I would definitely stay here again

Good three star hotel

Expedia's website and their own website said they had room service and laundry--both of these were not really true. There were no laundry services for hotel guests, and the room service was really confined to their breakfast service (which was really expensive, especially since there are two patisserie's nearby.) Their staff were very friendly and professional, and I really appreciated that. The room was small but adequate, and always clean. Although not centrally located (it's in Coubervoire, a suburb) it's an 8 minute bus ride (163/164) to the Port de Champerette metro stop (line 3), so that was nice.
