My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights in May 2025. All the staff at the front desk were extremely nice, cheerful, and helpful. The metro station is close by. The neighborhood was very pleasant and safe. There are two grocery stores and numerous restaurants nearby. The elevator was a bit small, but that seems typical for Paris

This is a great hotel. Near lots of transportation, well kept and nice looking. The only drawback is the bathroom; it's so small you can barely turn around. You'll need to keep the door open to towel off after a shower.

Nice place

We have stayed at La Demeter before. The service is professional and helpful. The lobby area is comfortable. They have a Wine bar and other drinks that you can purchase. We stayed in the superior room and it was clean and had more room. It is quiet. The decor is nice. It is in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and a metro nearby. Overall I would recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay for Our Family in Paris

We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was just the right amount of space for our family of four. The hotel was a fantastic choice—clean, comfortable, and in a quiet residential part of the Latin Quarter that felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Public transportation was a breeze, with both bus and metro stations just a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants as well. We used the spa for massages the day we arrived—such a relaxing way to kick off the trip. One of the highlights was taking a tuk tuk tour of the city from the hotel, which made sightseeing easy and fun. Breakfast was delicious (a little on the pricey side, but worth it). We also loved having an espresso machine and a mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was surprisingly large, and the cold A/C was a lifesaver during the warmer days. Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this hotel for families visiting Paris. It was a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm.

The photos of the hotel on the website do not match the actual rooms. The smell of sugary sweet cleaning products was overwhelming. I was awoken before the sunrise by the smell of frying food (perhaps the vent from the kitchen was right outside my window?). The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. There is no way this hotel is 4 stars.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only complaint. Was that the bathroom started to flood and the staff seemed unsure how to fix it, and it continued to flood the entire stay. Other than that. All was great.

Hôtel charmant, petites attentions et belle vue.

Lieu charmant, l'extérieur du bâtiment puis l'entrée et enfin la vue. Le petit plus : le sauna et la qualité des petites attentions..de l'eau infusé, un espace de travail, une salle de sport bien équipé et un espace sauna agréable et privé. Rare sont les lieux agréables à Paris pour ce rapport qualité prix! En business ou en romantique break ce lieu est vraiment une belle adresse parisienne. La chambre avec vue sur la tour Eiffel et les toits de Paris est particulièrement agréable, petit balcon en prime.
