Les Patios du Marais
Everything was good. My stay was enjoyable with the exception of noise coming from the sreets late at night (people speaking loudly or screaming, etc.) I understand this is out of le patio's control but maybe having thicker glass on windows can help.

Building and area was great, internet easy to connect, and we appreciated the welcome wine, luggage hold room and free laundry, $3 for 3 cofee pods..I think its overrated.
