"Although outside of old Quebec City, a walkable distance to most sites and many restaurants. We had the best view in the entire city of Château Frontenac and the St. Lawrence River. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Parking was limited, unavailable on a busy weekend, however the valet secured a spot and everything was safe and sound. Highly recommended for the location and comfort offered."

"Monsieur Jean is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Old Quebec City, making it an ideal base for exploring. What really stood out was the hotel’s unique and thoughtfully curated decor, which gave the space plenty of character and personality rather than the feel of a typical hotel. The breakfast was convenient, well presented, and offered a great selection to start the day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely sized. Overall, a charming and memorable place to stay, and one we’d happily recommend."

"Le Capitole is a lovely property right at the beginning of old Quebec City. It is a lovely boutique hotel that offers beautiful rooms, views and a wonderful restaurant and the Clubby Bar for drinks! The entire staff was amazing and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It is very romantic as well."

"My stay was very good. Super convenient location, literally walkable to all the places you want to see. I walked everywhere, only used Uber to and from airport. Location 10/10!!! Room 8/10. The room did not have a fridge or microwave tho, you had to go downstairs for the public fridge and microwave. Would’ve been nice to have one in the room. They do have ice though!! Just have to go downstairs and get it from their fridge ice dispenser. I will not lie, the downstairs was a little scary. I am NOT claiming it’s haunted but when I came back up from getting ice , I felt like something attached to my left arm and was brushing off my arm hair; nope not a spider web; to be honest I didn’t feel scared or feel negating energy, but NEVER felt that before, I just called my mom and we said a prayer and I didn’t feel the brushing on hair sensation anymore. They have room service everyday, they come at random times. Shower head power was great, just a suggestion, I think the drain need to be cleared out as I had to turn the water off a few times so it wouldn’t overflow. No elevator, but thank goodness I had the first room right at the entrance!!! Overall, it was a great stay, my first boutique hotel right in the heart of the city. I cried because I had to leave. Will book again when I come back if my dates are available!!"
