"Terrible experience. This is a residential building. The security guard did not allow me to enter the place and the management company did not respond when I arrived to the premises. They kept sending automatic messages telling me to check out in the morning. And a few minutes later welcoming me so the instructions to enter. Very irresponsible and extremely disorganized. "

"I think I made the right choice in making this booking. First, the host made me feel like home always checking whether everything was great or if I need any help. Secondly, I was allowed an early check in which made a huge difference to me since I was coming from long hours flight. In conclusion, the apartment was gorgeous, clean and big enough with the necessary amenities. The location was perfect just besides Radisson Hotel and a block away from one of the busiest avenues - Av. Paulista....
