The building is old infrastructure and functionally obsolete in terms bed, tv, cabinets, et al. The property was clean but obsolete.

We arrived earlier and the concierge said she could take our luggage but we had to wait till 3pm to check in. We ate at the hotel and stayed close to the reception. We noticed that by 2ish some people were arriving and being checked in. There was 3 conventions going on the hotel and we believe they were not interested in pleasing the regular hosts. The first room was overly noise. The second was not noise but the bathroom had mold trapped on the silicone to hold the shower glass. We complained no offer to change rooms ti was obvious the had none available. We rode the elevator with a couple who was going to the reception asking to change room because of mold. The breakfast was just fine. We asked if we could leave the luggage at the reception while we went to the rental car so we could load the car. They said we couldn't park the car to lad because the parking was owened by another company and they would not allow it. We are Pestana Gold members. It seems that in this hotel it doesn't matter. Conference people are priority even thoug they will mostly be one time guests.

Minha experiência não foi boa, pois no site do Hotéis.com consta que tem piscina, e a piscina está interditada faz tempo, faltou água na torneira da pia do banheiro pela manhã, teve um dia no café da manhã que não tinha pão de forma para fazer misto quente. Enfim, a hospedagem não foi nem razoável

Pelo preço pago, não vale a pena. Passei 3 dias e 2 noites, não houve serviço de limpeza de quarto, tive que buscar toalhas novas na recepção, já que a camareira não realizou a troca. Janela do quarto emperrada em um dos lados, parede suja. Apenas 2 elevadores funcionando. Banheiro sem exaustor, com manchas de pintura mal realizada na porta.

Precisa de uma reforma urgente!

Escolhi o Pestana SP achando que seria tão bom quanto o de Curitiba, mas me decepcionei. Prefiro antigo, quartos antigos sem manutenção, não há calefação, ar somente frio, passamos bastante frio, não há ducha higiênica no banheiro, só bidê, o chuveiro demorava para sair água quente, ficou um “pinga pinga” até sair. O café da manhã foi bom, variado. Mas demoram muito para limpar as mesas. A colcha da minha cama estava meio manchada, inclusive com caneta. O cofre do quarto fica no banheiro. Só haviam 2 elevadores funcionando e 1 em manutenção. Acho que precisa urgente de reforma. A localizai foi boa, o staff muito atencioso, mas só. Inadmissível não ter opção de ar quente no frio de SP.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O café da manhã estava muito bom, a cama era confortável e o atendimento foi excepcional. O hotel é bem localizado e a equipe de atendimento é educada e simpática, mas as instalações são muito antigas. Os quartos e banheiros tem mofo e cheiro forte insuportável, terrível para quem tem renite alérgica. Foi tentado mudar de quarto por 3 vezes, em todas as tentativas o estado era o mesmo, cheiro forte e mofo.

Muito antigo, parou no tempo.

Hotel muito velho. Com móveis de madeira cheirando a mofo e bolor na parede do frigobar. A cama super dura. Sem isolamento entre banheiro e quarto, inclusive se ouve o uso do banheiro dos outros apartamentos que é bem alto, nos acordando durante a noite. Café da manhã razoável. Elevador em manutenção. A refrigeração do quarto é boa, bem com o blackout. Chuveiro bom, mas dentro de banheira. Não há ducha higiênica, ainda é bidé.

O Hotel Pestana já foi referência de qualidade em São Paulo, mas infelizmente hoje está completamente decadente. As instalações estão visivelmente antigas e mal conservadas. O quarto em que me hospedei tinha um forte cheiro de mofo, insuportável para qualquer pessoa sensível — parecia até cheiro de lugar abandonado. As acomodações são velhas, sem qualquer sinal de renovação, o que compromete totalmente o conforto da estadia. Fiz a reserva com a intenção de descansar para uma aula importante no dia seguinte, mas a situação do quarto me obrigou a cancelar e procurar outro hotel às pressas. Foi uma decepção total.
