Relaxing Vacation

The Villa was perfect! Great pools and location. Everything we needed from the very comfortable king sized bed to the private patio near the pool with a short private walkway to the beach… we totally enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location- the beach was right behind the property and we could walk there any time. It has a small porch area overlooking the pool. We enjoyed our breakfast outside. The restaurant on site offered delicious food. We could walk to Atlantis and the shops but the resort was quiet and we loved that.

The villa is located very close to the beach. Hosts are super friendly. There is a restaurant very near, good for breakfast, lunch, etc. Very good value for money.

Loved the private courtyard just off the pool area for morning coffee. Viola's restaurant on site. Easy beach access and it's beautiful. Many thoughtful amenities provided.

Amazingly quiet, we completely enjoyed our stay.

We feel fortunate to have found this place. Loved everything about it. If your looking for something busy it's a short walk. But we were more than happy to enjoy the quiet.

The host is quick to respond to messages. The cleaning lady did a great job cleaning after the previous group. Kitchen has everything. Close to everything including Atlantis. Food at Viola's was good. I would recommend to family and friends.

Great location and affordable

We loved our stay at Sunrise Beach Villas. The unit was perfect for our family of four. Great location facing the pool and near the restaurant. The end unit is great because it's not too noisy. The beach was beautiful although the waves were too big for our little ones for much of our week-long trip. Had fun in the sand and then swam in the pool. Easy walking distance to Atlantis, Marina Village, etc.

Property has a lovely pool with lounge chairs, so when we didn't feel like renting beach chairs we just hung out at the pool! (The place actually does come with beach chairs and umbrella but we wanted lounge chairs, which you can rent at beach. Make sure to bargain them down--we got them down to $30 / day.) The apartment itself is spacious and the restaurant on the property is really, REALLY good! Try the conch (or fish) tacos or the spicy wrap. Walking distance to Atlantis, Anthony's (another great restaurant) and the ferry terminal where many of the excursions leave from. 2 min walk down a path to the beach. Love love love this place.

The place was absolutely perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Beach Club and Villas# 101. This corner unit is very well located. Directly to the beach, 5 mins. walk to Atlantis where you'll find many shops, restaurants, Casino and the beautiful & famious Marina!!! The village is about 10 mins. walk and the ferry to Nassau was 12 mins. walk. for a cost of $4/person. We really enjoyed the tranquility by our outside terrace! The staff is very friendly and so pleasant!!! Thanks to the team... We will defentely go back!!!

Good privacy, patio. Two pools on property, one included a baby 1 foot deep pool, as well as a nice restaurant. Never had a bad meal there. Very nice and pleasant staff. Location is right on the ocean with gated stairs leading down to the beach. You can rent loungers on the beach. AC worked great. Water pressure was horrible in shower but full force in faucets. Bed was large and firm. Couch pull out bed was not so comfortable. My 18yr slept on it. Bedroom located upstairs with a spiral staircase . Atlantis Marina Village is a short walk, if you consider 3/4 mile short. Taxi's always available. Nassau is about 3 miles away. I would recommend this resort for a nice rest and relax kind of vacation.

Modest with some disappointments

The location is good with the bar and restaurant nearby. The Ocean did not cooperation until the last two of our seven days. It was very rough, too much for us to swim.The Kitchen was functional but groceries were hard to get. We ate out mostly. The disappointments were with the remotes for the air-conditioning and for the TVs. We could not change the temperature or turn off the air conditioning which was too cold upstairs and down. Also the TV remotes were impossible and the TVs useless. The owner's friend came and magically made one TV work but we could not get it to function. We will not return since we made arrangements for a timeshare in a complex with a beautiful ocean view for the next few years. I should say the location was good for walkers. It is an easy walk to Atlantis and the beach is nice to walk long distances.

A very nice and convenient location steps to the beautiful beaches on Paradise Island!

We had a very wonderful stay at this 2 story villa. The location is perfect because it's on the beachfront island practically next to Atlantis. Just take the 5 minute short walk down the street in front of the villa to get inside Beach Towers of Atlantis. The 2 story villa is well maintain and cozy. There is a bar/restaurant -Violas on the property about 30 steps from your door perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a friendly staff. We have no complaints while staying here. It was just so relaxing and convenient to walk out the door to a nice pool or to take a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Nalini and Dee were wonderful to work with. They provided great information and responded quickly when answering any questions we had before and during our stay. Carrie the housekeeper and security guard who greeted us when we arrived had a warm smile and great personality. She made us feel welcomed and relaxed while giving us our mini tour. There is a shopping village about a 5 minute walk from the villa and Magaritaville is about a 13 minute walk. The location and price makes this Villa a perfect spot to stay in Nassau. Thanks Nalini & Dee for your hospitality and very clean villa!

Very nice location!

This was my first time to book through HomeAway, I did not know what to expect, so I did not have my hopes too high. Our communication with the property owners was very easy prior to booking, during the booking/payment process as well as pre-arrival. When we arrived to the property, we were greeted by Dee and taken to the store to stock up on items we needed. Dee explained where everything was and was super helpful overall. The place itself is cute and cozy, has all the basics one needs to cook and stay for a few days. The bed was comfortable, the complex is so quiet and so much more relaxing than any busy hotel. We loved the convenience of being able to grill our dinner on the small patio. The walking distance to the ocean is awesome. Although there was some damage from the hurricane on the way to the beach (a few uprooted trees fell on the fence etc), the beach itself was still amazing with the clearest water and whitest sand. And not crowded. We walked to Atlantis twice and it was close enough. Taxi to Providence island was not expensive. This was a very different experience from my previous trips to Nassau, and I would definitely book this place again.

Perfect Spot for Family Getaway!

I know everyone says this but I don’t normally leave reviews unless it was really good or really bad. I almost don’t want to tell everyone about this little slice of paradise. The place was exactly how it looked online. It was perfect for two adults and two children. The distance to the beach was an easy walk, even if doing it multiple times a day. We found ourselves walking down for the sunrise each morning which was special. The beach out front the place was never crowded even when the resorts next door were lined with umbrellas and chairs we felt like we had our own private beach and water access. There was a big umbrella that we took down to the beach each day to avoid buying one. Only downfall was the beach chair situation, wish the unit had actual beach chairs instead of tailgate chairs lol. We made it work and it certainly didn’t take away from the trip. The guys selling the chairs and umbrellas are nice and seemed to work with people on the rates. Most days chairs were $15 each and umbrellas $30. Violas was good not great when it came to the food. Nice that it was onsite for quick bites when needed. The pools were perfect for us, kids enjoyed having them right there. We walked to The Atlantis one night which was nice. You can walk to a small grocery store but a little far when walking back to the unit with groceries. Not a far drive to one of our favorite places to eat, The Poop Deck. We also made the trip to Goldie’s in the fish fry district which was unreal food.

Great Location and Very Accommodating Owners

I would absolutely recommend this rental to someone. I have stayed at several VRBO properties and these are by far the most responsive and helpful property owners. The property was as described on this site. The rental is not beachfront but is directly on the beach. There is access to the beach with a very short walk. The beach area is stunning, very clean and not crowded at all. The property has two pools on it. In fact, one pool is literally just steps away from the front door so we never even really looked at the second pool. The pool we did use was very large, clean, and no one else seemed to be using it. It was almost like you had your own pool! There is an outdoor restaurant/bar located right next to the area with excellent service and food. There are other attractions/restaurants that are within walking distance. If you have small children, you may want to have a rental car or expect to use taxis as it might be a bit far for them to walk. Atlantis is close by which is great for shopping and dining. We chose not to stay in the over commercialized hotels and this was perfect for us. It was quiet, very relaxing and restful. The Bahamian people in general were also wonderful and extremely friendly. The owners met us upon arrival and check out. They went out of their way to be excellent hosts. I would definitely stay here again!
