Entering the property from the front gate, you go up a few stairs to the main entrance and the surrounding balconies, which are overlooking the open sea and Agia Marina Cyprus beach.Villa Majestic is a fully air-conditioned villa (air-conditioning is provided free of charge) and it is set on one level, with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area.A small corridor leads to the bedrooms. Villa Majestic features a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a double bedroom, both with windows to the pool and the garden which share a family bathroom.Wall wardrobes are conveniently placed in the bedrooms. All bedrooms are also equipped with private air-conditioning units.
On the west facing balcony, there is a wooden table for seating and dining al fresco.A couple of steps lead from this balcony to the pool terrace and garden. Both of them are located at the rear of the house offering extra privacy.
