"Note to travellers: this hotel is only meant as a short-term stay, mainly for cruise passengers leaving or arriving at the Pape'ete cruise terminal across the street. The rooms are mostly tiny with no space for large suitcases. There are very few amenities: no airport shuttle, no hair blower in the room (you have to borrow one from front desk), only instant coffee in-room and no 24 hr coffee station or ice machine anywhere in the hotel, no microwave. The rooms do have a small fridge, a safe, and kettle. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very helpful, but the hotel does not offer any services like booking tours. Especially helpful were the overworked breakfast room ladies. There was only one person on duty for breakfasts, who were quickly swamped when the room filled during breakfast rush, unable to both clear tables and stock breakfast items at the same time. Breakfast was very good, though, with a toaster oven, croissants, bread, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea, some cereals. Exceptional front desk staff were Tinitua, Nohoarii, and Titania. We would not stay here again, unless for one overnight."

"We selected the hotel for its proximity to the airport. The taxi ride was short for our early morning flight. The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were generally helpful. The front desk attendant seamlessly booked our taxi when we check in for the following morning. Restaurant staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Food was good. The person cleaning the pool seemed to have an issue with us taking a couple of selfies to remember our stay. Although we provided our physical credit card at checkin, the front desk, for no apparent reason, demanded we provide it again when we checked out. Fortunately, they were efficient about processing our checkout, so we didn't lose our airport taxi."

"Je n’ai que du positif sur le personnel, professionnel et courtois. 5/5 Le site est très beau. Restaurant et bar très moderne, superbes emplacements sur le bord de la mer. Piscine très belle. 5/5. Pour ce qui est de notre chambre, déception totale. Si l’hôtel a été rénové, ils ont oublié les chambres. Je dirais garder du vieux avec du neuf. De plus , pas de frigo, une seul carte pour la porte, 2 oreillers seulement. Pour le prix payé, chambre 2.5/5 ."

"We booked a quick stop just to shower and cool off in the air conditioning between our ferry ride from Mo’orea and our red eye flight out of Tahiti. Thank goodness we didn’t have to stay the night! First off, Expedia mentioned that there was a free shuttle to the airport but when we got there the lady said there was no such thing and we would need to call a cab. We wouldn’t have booked at this hotel if there was no shuttle (misleading information by either Expedia or the hotel). We were hot and sticky and just wanted to get to our room so did not observe the lobby closely upon arrival. However, when we left we stood in the lobby and observed while waiting for our cab. Every lounger/couch cushion was worn to the point where the leather was separating. So we did not want to sit. While standing and waiting for our taxi, we looked up to see that the ceiling tiles were missing all over. Part of the ceiling was peeling down. You could see that at one time this hotel may have been nice. The room was not much better. There was an empty soap/shampoo container left in the corner of the shower stall and the tiles had not looked like they were cleaned for a very long time (grime in all four corners). The towels were yellow with stains/spots so we did not feel very clean. This place needs a re-do!! Obviously I was concerned by the ratings but we thought it would be okay to at least take a shower and cool off. I didn’t even want to sit on the bed."
