"Beautiful resort. Great location to shopping, restaurants, and excursions. Room had some allergen or mold in it that affected my spouse. Many of the staff were very polite, while some were borderline rude at times. Overall a good stay."

Elevators available, after 45 steps. $20 cab fare from airport, not really walkable from airport, due to hotel being on a step hill. Nice choice of drinks & snacks at reception."

"The room was clean, the pool was in good condition. The staff were helpful. The bathroom needed updating and you can't shower without flooding the bathroom. The lobby was in need of updating/fixing with a huge water damage hole and most of the lights not working."
