"Very basic accommodation however; The pool was a bonus/ a good size the Staff were helpful , view was stunning, beds comfy showers hot -but extremely tight ! you need a car to get around, unless you enjoy walking up hills , to get to the centre if you can afford taxis up & down to Assisi centre daily you’ll have a great stay"

"A eclectic rural property with family at its heart. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. If you like off grid then this is the place! Car is a must for seeing the delights of Orvetio. "

"The staff was excellent. The room is clean. The food served was excellent and the views are unimaginable from the hilltop. Highly recommend this as a stop for your Italy experience, we enjoyed it!"

"Cool, calm and quiet comfort. A great location from which to visit Umbria and Assisi. We loved the staff the tranquility the walks into Assisi. A superb week."

"The accommodation was just what I needed in terms of quietness and tranquility. However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. "
