Booked last minute on our trip to Assisi not really knowing about this gem, but turned out to be the best! Very friendly staff. The location is just the best if your planing a trip to Assisi. The views are amazing and your not far from the basílica of st francis and Maria degli angeli. The best !

As a woman traveling solo through Italy, I often don’t know where I’ll end up by nightfall. Around 10pm, I booked this place last minute, unsure if anyone would even be available to help me. When I arrived, there was no one at reception—but I contacted the property through Expedia, and to my relief, they responded with such grace and trust. Despite the late hour, they remotely opened the door and allowed me to check in around 11pm. That kind of compassion and understanding is rare, and I was deeply moved by it. I felt safe, cared for, and welcomed. Because of their hospitality, I will absolutely be staying here again—and next time, I’ll be bringing my family. This is a place I now trust.

We love it here! Highest Rating!

We loved it here so much we came back! We loved Alfredo and Stephano - a perfect team! They are friendly, helpful and kind. Perfect hosts and managers together. It is kept really clean and welcoming. They serve a great breakfast daily changing. We loved being a little bit away from the crowds and yet so close. You will hear some traffic. If we could give it more stars we would. You will need a car to stay here but easy to find your way. We loved the walking trails and our stay and will return.

Hotel bien ubicado para visitar Asis, y con hermosa vista a dicha ciudad. Al llegar, no estaba la recepcionista, pero nos atendió un empleado de otro sector. Luego al llegar, fue muy amable (aunque solamente habla italiano). Al ser agriturismo pequeño, no hay recepción las 24 hs; a la noche había varias familias con chicos, se pusieron a jugar ruidosamente, y fue difícil conciliar el sueño. Muy bueno el desayuno.

Alfredo est un hôte charmant qui prépare des petits déjeuners délicieux , il y en a pour tous les goûts(,pour la première fois ,je vois même des produits sans gluten !!!!!) Des confitures et des gâteaux maison ,des oeufs, des jus de fruits ET des fruits frais ,des amandes....des céréales...Le plus de cet endroit est son calme ,nous y avons très bien dormi .

Beautiful stays near the station.

Everything was perfect. I'll forever remember the view from my room. Noise from outside and upstairs was a problem though. Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous. Alfredo bakes cake and it tastes so good. Very clean overall. He speaks good English which has helped me to get useful information from him.
