"Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Hotel nicht überlaufen und es gab stets genug kostenlose Parkplätze. Weiterhin war das Buffet zum Frühstück lecker, abwechslungsreich und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer und der Spa Bereich waren stets sauber. Der Sauna Bereich war nicht allzu groß, jedoch für eine kurze Erholung ebenfalls vollkommen ausreichend. Der Service zum Abendessen war leider nicht so wie man es aus anderen Hotels gewöhnt war. Auch gab es leider Abends kein Buffet, sodass unser...

"Sehr netter checken, durften früher ins Zimmer! Das war sauber, praktisch, modern. Halbpension als buffet, lecker. Frühstück auch für jeden was dabei. Die Lage mit Blick auf Güntersberge punktet ebenso wie das Hirschgehege, der tolle Wellnessbereich und das beheizte Aussenschwimmbad. Preis/ Leistung:genial!"

Some staff spoke English and it was helpful because the receptionist did not. Also the credit card machine at the reception wouldn't process Hotels.com charges in dollars (but the restaurant's card reader can do it)"
