"The cabin is beautifully decorated, with historic memoriabilia, and in a beautiful space! It made for such an interesting stay! It's comfortable, with an original footed tub, the cutest kitchen ever, and a very comfortable living room. It's located just across the street from the Pinehurst Lodge, making grabbing a meal very convenient. The host was responsive, and check-in was very easy - she provided all of the needed information before I arrived. Would definitely stay there again!"
"Even though their bridge was still out and the drive in was an adventure, the lodge was a nice change of pace. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All meals were included and amazing! They made sure to provide labeling and alternatives for people with food allergies. As a mom and grandma of boys with allergies, this was great to see.
We did not take advantage of the daily activities, as we explored the park, but were impressed by the offerings. If we returned to Sequoia National Park, we would stay there again."
"Property was clean, little dated. Communication was great, check in was very easy. Nice place with a great view. Little far from Kings Canyon than whats on the site. Overall we had a great time."
"Adorable cabin!!! The location is so convenient just minutes from the Kings Canyon visitor center, market, and General Sherman tree. The host had thoughtful hospitality touches throughout. Every inch of this small cabin is cleverly used and our family of 4 had extra beds to choose from. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Deer and chipmunks entertained us on the porch in the morning. I enjoyed reading a book on the history of the unique location that the host left there. We all wish we had been able to stay longer."
"There were wasps in my cabin and no one was at the front desk. There were 4 dead wasps on the floor and two alive. There was also no bath house? The one that was associated to our cabin 6 was under construction I guess so there was no toilets in the stalls for women "
"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here! We had trouble with the initial code to enter the door and host was very responsive. We loved how quiet and peaceful the property was. We enjoyed the hot tub after some long hikes. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and pantry staples. Would definitely recommend!"
Cozy hilltop retreat with stunning 360 degree mountain views!
10/10 Excellent
"Best views ever! Beautiful home with a great outdoor area. We hiked in Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks during the day and relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. The sunsets were spectacular. We saw California Quail and Hummingbirds."
