"Yeah, the moment we walked in to our reservation my family felt that we made the right choice to book our night at this property. The Front Desk Agent right away knew why we had traveled to Palm Desert for leisure. We drove into town from San Diego for a concert so the amenities on site were perfect for this short stay; the fitness center is functional, the pool is big, and the breakfast lady deserves all the gratuity we can give her! When we got back to the hotel after the concert, the Night Auditor shared that his mother and grandmother were at the same concert and told us a funny anectdote about his family which made us laugh. We did not have much interaction from housekeeping other than asking for a couple of towels which they promptly provided. The only part that was off putting, but not serious enough to like complain about, was a young woman at the front desk would not let me finish explaining before she interjected with questions but she just tryin' to be 'fecient."

"Rooms and hotel was clean, just a little outdated and the fact that it doesn't have an actual elevator just a lift that is a bit scary to use it. Didn't really interacted with the staff. Only when we checked in and out. But they seemed nice they were courteous and did allow us a late check out which it was very accommodating and nice of them to allow it. Will consider in staying here again."

"I enjoyed my stay here at the Indian Wells Resort. Room was clean. The hotel staff were lovely. The only thing I had a minor problem with was the pool temp. It’s lukewarm and hoped for it to be cooler. I’m sure the 100+ degree weather probably makes that difficult to maintain and keep it cool. But other than that, I loved my stay here and plan to return in the near future."
