"First time staying here, just the 1 night. Appreciated the larger room upgrade. Staff as always in Bali… lovely. The property looks a bit tired. Room needs an upgrade. Photos look better than in real life. Almost impossible to get a lounge near the pool. Lots of families and kids which as a couple didn’t love. Long waits for pool bar drinks. Breakfast was lovely and location excellent to shopping and restaurants."

Easy walk through mall to places to eat/shop/massages. Pool large and clean. Would definitely stay again. Beds super comfortable, plenty of bottled water provided each day. Breakfast fabulous has everything you would need. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Kuta."
