Located atop the architecturally stunning Savannah Building on its own private floor with private elevator access from the ground level, this one-of-a-kind 2400 sq ft luxury residence offers four distinctive balconies that surround visitors with the beauty and charm of this European inspired vacation area. New stainless steel electric grill on private terrace overlooking Barrett square. A perfect place to lounge on the comfy zero gravity chairs or sprawling patio set.

Enjoy an ocean-side breakfast with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony off the king master suite. Or sleep village-side with a balcony that overlooks the quaint but vibrant town of Rosemary Beach. Additionally there is a large, private terrace for family gatherings to relax after a day at the beach, the pool, the golf course or at any of the bountiful nearby activities.

From the moment of arrival and passage through the grand, rotunda style entry way, visitors know they have chosen a unique residence. Nice property, prime location

this property was just right for a gathering of sisters and friends. Good space for privacy when needed, plenty of room to gather indoors and outside. Very close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

A great vacation stay

This penthouse was stunning and in a perfect location. We stayed here on vacation with two young kids and grandparents, so having the whole floor was perfect. The multiple balconies were great spaces for us to hangout, catch up and watch the storms. Having shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee right below and access passes to nearby pools and beaches was very nice and made the first trip with kids way less stressful.

Excellent location but needs updating on the interior

The interior is not comfortable and bedding and most of the furniture needs a major refresh for the amount of money they ask for a night. The location is wonderful but if they would update the interior they could have a real gem! It also needs more electrical outlets for today’s lifestyle

Great & Convenient Condo!

We absolutely loved the condo! It is right in the heart of Rosemary Beach and VERY close to the beach access (less than 2 min walk) and both community pools. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and the bedding was nice in each room. Plus, there were plenty of extra bath towels. Parking was somewhat confusing as we didn't realize you have to display the Rosemary pass in the condo 1F space, but other than that, everything was perfect. The management company was quick to respond with any questions that we had via text.

Perfect Location!

Walked in, and it was immaculate. Cleaning crew was spotless and everything was in perfect order. Saw the amazing views from the balcony's and outdoor patio was a huge hit with dinner with the kids, and drinks in the evening. Rooms slept our family of 7 comfortably, with plenty of space to relax while the kids played in the other rooms. When we had questions they were answered within minutes! Could not be more impressed with this house, and the management company. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, we will be back for sure!

Almost perfect...

Three adult couples shared this space for 5 nights and we all had plenty of room. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor patio is a cool hangout space. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom. We used the outside parking space for our rental and stored our 6 bikes in the garage. The absolute BEST thing about this condo is the location. It couldn't be any more perfect for walking to the beach, pools, restaurants, etc. We all agreed that we would absolutely stay here again in the future. The one con: the Primary bedroom was dirty on our arrival. There were long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow, and large clumps of hair on the rug. There was also some trash under the bed. There were more black hairs inside and outside the primary shower. We didn't notify management, we just took care of it. But the cleaning crew definitely could have done more.

Location was amazing

We really enjoyed our time here! You can’t beat the location, and we really appreciated the flexible dates. It provided plenty of space for our family. Our only recommendation is that some things could be updated- especially the dishwasher and some bathrooms. Overall though it was great and we would stay there again! Location is everything to us!
