This place is a disaster! Avoid like the plague. The whole hotel has roof leaks throughout, including my room, common areas, the gym was the worst with black mold and strong mold smell throughout. I did not get towels for the first 4 hours after check-in despite repeated requests. The A/C thermometer was in lock-down mode so you couldn't adjust it. I had to request 3 times for it to be unlocked so I could adjust and didn't freeze to death in my room - this was finally complete by day 2. My shower had a constand leak. My curtains partially fell off the rod. There were no blankets. The TV remote didn't work. The pool and common kitchen area looked like a war zone, completely unmaintained, everything ripped and falling apart. The hot tub had no water in it. The laundry room had only 2 of 4 machines operating. My key stopped working 3 times during my 2 day stay. The front desk staff were nice and attempted to remedy problems quickly, but other staff took hours. Will never stay here again.
