This bedroom has direct access to the second full bath. This bath is also accessible from the living area. A very unique feature of this condo is the second bedroom has a separate, front facing furnished private balcony with expansive views of the lagoon and marina district!

Located on the quiet, eastern end of Thomas Drive in PCB where you will be just minutes away from the marina district, including two of PCB's finest restaurants- Captain Anderson's and Grand Marlin. You are also steps away from the famous Schooners- the "last local beach club" which sits directly on the gulf with casual open-air dining and entertainment. Beckoning your inner explorer, the attractions of St Andrew's State Park and Shell Island are also accessed from the east end of PCB. All boating attractions in PCB, deep sea fishing, rentals and excursions are located nearby. In general, the major shopping options ( Publix, and Winn-Dixie, etc.) at this end of the PCB are significantly less crowded than their counterparts further west.

PROPERTY AMENITIES: Free high-speed internet is provided. Tennis, bocci ball, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts are all available on the building's outdoor sport decks. Overlooking the beach on the gulf side of the building, there is a large family pool (heated during cooler months), kiddie pool and hot tub. Adjacent to the pool there is a tiki bar serving drinks and snacks (open seasonally). The pool deck itself is furnished with loungers and tables for guest use. For your enjoyment, there is a nicely appointed fitness room on the second floor.
