"This is the second time we have stayed here in PCB. The rooms are relatively clean for a beach resort. Check-in was not a great experience. We arrived and hour and a half early, and I completed the pre-check in. The front desk staff let me know that they would call when the room was ready. No problem, ..."

"The website “ implied “a balcony with gulf view. In fact all the room entrances were on open air hallways on the gulf side so we had a gulf view with everyone walking by having a view into our room if we left the curtains open! No private balcony. The elevators were filthy."

"Well I was expecting a king sized bed but it was a Queen , l was later told that they ran out of king beds. The room I was in was old and 70s furniture in it , very small quarters. Probably my fault that I didn’t be more thorough with my search and paying more attention to the layout."
