Rosemary Beach House:Newly Renovated 4 bed, 3.5 bath, pets allowed, big backyard

North of 30A in Rosemary Beach with access to all amenities, normal-size home with large backyard and driveway; large lot size unusual for RB and privacy (houses aren't on top of each other), backyard patio with sitting and eating areas and grill. In Rosemary Beach and you get access to everything. House has 8 beds (2 of these are bunk beds) and bunk bed room is suitable for additional kid sleeping. 3 Bedrooms (2 king masters one on main with own bathroom, one 2nd floor with own bathroom; 1 queen on 2nd floor that shares bathroom with bunk/sitting room) AND 4th room has bunk beds for 2 but you walk through it to get to the upper level king master. 3.5 baths total: 2 bathrooms on each floor: half-bath on first floor plus full bathroom connected to master; upstairs full bath off master plus additional full bath (with tub) shared by queen and bunk room. Sleeps 8 adults in beds (as long as 2 sleep in bunk beds) with extra room for children on floor in bunk room. Upstairs master and downstairs great room have wood-burning fireplace. The queen bedroom upstairs has a room-like deck off of it that contains a daybed. Total 4 decks (1 with daybed; 1 screened in porch downstairs, 1 large/open up top for lounging, 1 small porch off master downstairs). Flat screen TVs in all rooms but queen. Full kitchen, outdoor shower, parking for 3 cars. Couches in family room pull out to full beds, if necessary. Close to both indoor and outdoor pools, new St. Augustine Green park for kids and dogs, village (5 mins) and short walk (7-10 minutes) to beach through town. Comes with convenient beach buggy, 8 adult chairs, coolers, umbrella (all provided) to the beach - or option to rent chairs. North side of 30A has 2 pools (one inside/outside, one outside; both 5-7 min walk from the house) that are both 5 mins walks from house each way; also 5 min walk to gym/yoga studio and tennis courts. South side has 2 additional pools you have access to and the beach, of course.

The house was in a great location for us and relaxing outside by the fireplace. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked making our stay even better. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. The house has great amenities only thing missing were bikes, but they were easy to rent. We visit Rosemary a few times throughout the year and We will definitely look to stay again.

Perfect spot in Rosemary and great hosts

Highly recommend this spot in Rosemary. Easy walk to main square and beach. Hosts were very available and easy to get a hold of. House was very clean.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we pulled out of the driveway to head back home the only words to describe our stay is…magical! RB wedding getaway

Beautiful home. We had 6 adults with plenty of space. Parking is available in a driveway that will accommodate 3 medium size vehicles. Location excellent for walking around boutiques, a few restaurants and they provide great amenities for you to pack and walk to the beach. Wagon provided or bring your own (a must) it’s about 11 minute walk through beautiful homes, sidewalks make it easy.

Ideal location with Room for Everyone

We had a wonderful time! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. Great yard and porch spaces as well. The location can’t be beat. It took us 7 1/2 minutes to walk to the beach and we loved being so close to all that Rosemary has to offer.

Great Stay

Great stay at the property. Had some issues with Wifi and the coffee maker, but owners were very responsive and they were fixed. Wished there were dressers in the bedrooms. We just lived out of our suitcases for the week. Location is fantastic and the value for the amount of space and location was great. Will try to rent again if we have the same number of people!

Great stay at Rosemary Beach

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our stay at this wonderful property in Rosemary Beach. It was clean, and had plenty of room for my wife and the kids. There is a cart with beach toys, chairs and boogie boards (Nice Touch), a nice patio in the back and parking off street for your vehicle. The property was pet friendly and just overall perfect for us. Our host was responsive and answered all our questions. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again!

Great house and yard

We loved our stay at Erin’s house! My family and I went for fall break with two adults and four teens. We hardly spent any time in the house because we were at the beach so much but the beds are super comfortable, there’s a nice backyard and we had all of the kitchen items we needed (not food supplies but pots/pans/etc.) The master bedroom suite is really nice and there was always hot water for a shower. I love this part of Florida and can’t wait to go back!

Great pet friendly place to stay. Very clean. Well stocked with beach needs. 8 Beach chairs in great condition. 2 boogie boards, beach umbrella and blanket. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Gas grill works great. This was our second visit at this location and we will rent here again.

Great stay in Rosemary!

This was our first time to Rosemary beach and we loved it! Erinn’s place was just as described and a great space for our family for the week, even with 4 young children. Beds were comfy, everything was very clean and the kitchen was stocked. Loved having chairs and a buggy available for use. She was super easy to get ahold of when we had questions. Being at the back of Rosemary, the walk to the beach was just far enough that it made us think twice about going back and forth in a day, but that’s also because our children are small. Overall great stay!

Great Location, Property Was Not Quite Ready For Our Stay

This is a beautiful centrally located home that we booked for Thanksgiving week. The day before arriving, we were informed renovations would be finished by check-in at 4pm. We arrived at 330pm with workers still present and large dumpster outside. Workers were gone when we returned at 5pm, but we noticed a strong gas smell in the house. Attributing it to the construction, we initially ignored it, but it got worse, and we had to deal with workers coming and going for the rest of the week to repair multiple gas leaks.We had to return from outings to meet workers at the house and it took several visits to resolve the gas leaks, including shutting off the gas & hot water multiple times. The gas stove still never fully worked, which caused us to alter our Thanksgiving plans. The owners were fairly responsive during the gas leak repairs, as expected with a serious gas leak in their home with guests. They offered a free extra night, but our schedules didn't permit us to stay longer.Of course, these gas leaks were an isolated incident and are not indicative of the quality of the house. It simply should not have been advertised as ready for guests on last day of renovation and before owners inspected it.Communication since we have returned has been slow. We requested a partial refund, and Erinn (owner) has said we would get a refund for one night, but after several reminders, we have not received it yet.

Summer vacation

My family and I stayed at this property and it was perfect. I have twin boys 13 and an 18 year old daughter. The walk or bike to beach was convenient. The house was wonderful and Erinn was great and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back.
