Watersound Beach is a charming community nestled along the Southside of Scenic Hwy 30A and next door to Dear Lake State Park. Filled with lovely beach cottages, tree lined paths, and over 2000 feet of private beach, Watersound offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. 18 Watch Tower Lane S is a quaint beach cottage located a short stroll from the beach as well as the heated community pool! Enjoy the Dunesider Grill at the pool for a wonderful lunch or at happy hour with some yummy tuna dip! Take the kids to play a round a miniature putt putt or to play on the neighborhood playground any time of day. Enjoy a pizza from Bruno's Pizza (located on property) that has been voted the "Best Pizza on 30A" for 30 years! If fitness is your thing Watersound has one of the most premier facilities on the beach. Guest can join the center for a day or a week. The choice is yours!

This property comes with a main house that sleeps 4 and a carriage house that sleeps 4. Perfect for two families or families that love to have some space! The main retreat has a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest room with two twin beds. The master bath has a large walk in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The guest bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The living room has plenty of seating with two couches and two club chairs. There is a spacious kitchen with all the necessities to prepare a wonderful meal. The carriage house has a bedroom that includes a king size bed and a bathroom with a single vanity and walk in shower. The living room of the carriage house has a set of bunk beds. The kitchen in the carriage house is small but has everything you would need to prepare meals (stove/oven, refrigerator, kitchen supplies).

There is space for two vehicles in the driveway per reservation. The garage is not accessible to guests. Spill over parking is limited in the neighborhood so do not plan on it.

This resort does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

In lieu of requiring a damage deposit, we charge $99.00 for a damage insurance policy. This policy covers the guest against property damage up to $1500.00. Please let us know of any damage to the condo so we can make a claim.
