Honestly a perfect location for whatever you want to do! The pool was clean and nice, the beach access is right across the street and several activities and restaurants are just right down the road! I would love to stay here again! They also left plenty of supplies for your stay!

Clean, spacious, recently remodeled

Recently remodeled, kitchen had everything we needed. Living space in house was roomy. Public beach access was right across the road. Would book again.

Great house, right across from the beach! The TVs were great! The A/C was a game changer! Never had a house in PCB so comfortably cool! A+

Best location!

My family travels to Sunnyside and rents an house every summer. This was by far the best location we’ve ever experienced, being that there were 2 public beach access entries directly across the road. The pool pump quit working but the property manager responded and resolved the problem immediately. The pool is perfect, especially if you have young children. I would definitely return!

First Family Vacation

This was our first trip with our adult children and their families. The location was perfect! Parking for all families and plenty of room! The service was excellent! Upon arrival, I discovered that the couch bed wasn’t in working condition, a quick message and they had it replaced the next day. The families and myself Loved this house and look forward to booking again in the future.
