Ocean view, Beach front, Family oriented on the quiet end of Panama City Beach close to St Andrews state park, and all the Fishing charters, Spacious condo on the 12th floor at Regency Towers, Wife, Kids and I manage and clean this unit locally for a friend providing your optimal vacation experience. 2 bedroom 2 bath, full kitchen with full size appliances. Spacious balcony accessible via living room or master bedroom. Private Front load washer and dryer,
Common area includes 2 oversized pools 1 is heated year round along with hot tub, full workout room, Full service tiki bar Food at the pool (seasonal) grass play area, multiple grills at both ends of the building, 2 vehicles in the main parking lot, 1 additional vehicle/ boat/ trailer/ oversized in the parking lot across the street ( $20 fee), on camera but not fenced.

Couches need replaced, but beautiful otherwise. Location is awesome around good restaurants and venues. Found a bug in cabinet that should be addressed. $700 stole from wallet at pool at night when wallet left.

Dolphin View

The building is very old and the upstairs right above us was remodeling their condo. Had 3 days of them jack hammering the floor and was so noisy we couldn't hear our TV. The rest of the time was a lot of drilling and other noise. A fire drill was held for at least 20 plus minutes and tenants didn't know if it was for real. Extremely loud and irritating. We had some issues in the unit itself but contacted Daniel the property manager and he went above and beyond to correct them including getting us a new bed which was very comfortable. We would probably not stay in this building again, Bikini Bobs was very busy in the afternoon but had exellent food. Not many spring breakers but those who were there were all well behaved and polite.

Our stay was very good. Everything was as listed. Love the convenience of parking passes abd wrist bands being in condo for us so we didn't have to go through the office. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again!

Multi multi Family Vacation

We had 5 family groups on this vacation. We were all able to stay at the RT. This was a perfect fit and aloud all the girl cousins stayed together in the same room. It was the right fit for us. The owners were available and personable. We would definitely stay with these guys again.

I've never stayed this far down, and was hesitant. It was absolutely amazing! Much quieter and family feel. DG across the street and many other things often needed super close by! We will definitely consider this again!!! Our only complaint was they shut the polls down every day. We are assuming for flash storms but it seemed extensions excessive and for far too long. The condo had everything we needed, plenty of room, and wonderful views!!! We just might not ever look outside this area again!!!!!

Awsome place for vacation , BUT!!!!

The place itself was nice and had lots to do for kids, but big safety hazard for families with little kids!! Because between the balcony rails the gaps were to spaced out, toddlers could easily fit through. My sister in law was on the balcony and she was lucky she was holding her baby by the hand because he already easily fit his whole head and half of his body through the gaps. Everytime I think about it it gives me anxiety considering we were on the 12th floor.

Fun & Comfortable Experience

My brother, fiancé, cousins, some friends, and I stayed in this condo for a fun weekend getaway at the end of August. It was great. The place was so clean with pretty much everything we needed. The coffee bar was amazing to have in the mornings that also included the coffee and fixins. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were able to choose a place to eat some supper from a menu that was in a basket of travel guides. It was so roomy and 9 people relaxed and had a great time at our stay. Parking wasn’t bad either. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Location

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in! The location was Amazing, directly on the beach. The Interior was immaculate and well laid out. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We were very pleased with the owners and how they kept in touch making sure we had a great stay and did not have any issues. We will stay here again!!
