Master Bedroom features a King bed (new mattress) and en-suite bathroom with double vanity sink, Jacuzzi tub, private toilet and standing shower.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed (new mattress) with access to the hallway bathroom and a tub shower.

The living area is tastefully decorated and features a brand-new queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV. High speed Wi-Fi available throughout the unit

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
All trash is removed and placed in the trash chute. All dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started. No linens are lost or damaged. Soiled towels are placed in the tub.
The refrigerator/freezer is completely empty, except for the ice bin. 6 wristbands are placed back into their container. No oils or grease are poured down the sink.
No contents were removed from the unit. Gym access keys are returned if requested for access and provided.

Awesome stay.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was spotless and communication was prompt. The condo had everything you would need including all kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great. The location was perfect, right on the beach. The condo itself was super nice and very clean. We loved the view from the balcony. Communication with the owners was super easy and replies were always fast. Overall great experience. Will be booking again if we head back to PCB.

The property manager was always available. The residence was very clean and included all the amenities we needed for our comfort and convenience. Parking was very convenient. The view to the beach was spectacular and the shopping areas were within no more than a four mile radius. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and would rent it again.

This condo is beautiful, just as listed. The elevators are the BEST, no delays and no waiting. We have stayed at MANY condos and that is always an issue but not at Majestic. 10/10 recommend!!!

We stayed at this location and let me tell you we could not have asked for anything better. This place was so clean, beautiful decor, the location and view was amazing. Quick get away

The room was just as described. The beds slept great. Had everything we needed in the room and then some. Chairs. Beach towels. We really didn’t need to bring anything except our clothes. Location was in walking distance to several thing. Elevators very fast. We love the Majestic!

The unit was clean and had the essentials needed. The view from the balcony is awesome, and we even got to see quite a few stingrays. The security and cleaning of Majestic is amazing! This place is amazing! This unit was very clean and tastefully decorated! The view from the balcony is perfect to watch sunsets and we saw sharks, dolphins and rays. The elevators to the 22nd floor are very fast. Security is top notch! The reserved parking spot is very convenient! Close to restaurants and a lot of activities! I would definitely recommend a trip to Shell Island! Avi’s communication is superior and answered all of our questions! We will be back! Thank you Avi for a excellent stay!

Gorgeous views!

This condo was amazing! It was very clean and as listed. When you step out onto the balcony, you get wide sweeping views of the Gulf. It was just gorgeous. The owner was very responsive to any messages we sent. I have heard that the elevators in a lot of these places are slow and you have to wait a long time to get on one. We never waited more than 10 minutes max during the busier parts of the day, and most times the wait was less than 5 minutes-this is very important when you’re staying on the higher floors. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to return someday soon!

Best place on the beach

Thanks to Avi we had an amazing stay. The condo was exactly as the pictures show, location is perfect, the beach access is superb. The best condo complex on the beach. Avi responded promptly to our questions. The condo is very stylish and has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen had all the appliances in a great condition, bathrooms are well maintained, beds are super comfortable. Most of all, it was very clean and very well thought of. We enjoyed a very easy access to the beach. The parking was great, we loved that the parking did not face the beach like some other condos. Can't recommend this host and place enough! Definitely will be back!

New Traditions

Thanksgiving getaway! We have traveled to PCB more times than I can count throughout our lives, but this trip was one to remember! Our host, Avi, was amazing! Communication, cleanliness, and the amenities offered were unmatched in my opinion! Also, Avi was very accommodating of any request we had! If I had to some up the experience in one word….PERFECTION is what I would choose! We are hoping to stay again in March, July, and November! Thank you for having us, Avi!

Long Awaited Vacation

We planned this trip since March 2024, and after a long-awaited time, we were shocked that Helene was set to arrive at the same time. I was able to easily contact Avi, our gracious host, to discuss the impending disaster. Avi responded quickly, courteously, and in a friendly manner to help us adjust our scheduled dates and provided hurricane information. With that being said, when we finally arrived, the condo was even more amazing than the pictures. It was very spacious and clean and had all the necessities, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The views were absolutely amazing, not to mention the pools and the in-house bar and restaurant! Our next trip to Panama will not only be at the Majestic but also in this beautiful condo with the most gracious host!! Thank you, Avi!

The condo was wonderful! Everything was clean and exactly as described with plenty of supplies, pillows, beach chairs, etc! The view from the balcony was amazing! We even got to see dolphins! The host was very responsive and checked in by text several times! The resort was very clean, amazing breakfast at the cafe. FYI, the little bar access the street has the best Pina Coladas and Bloody Mary’s! We would definitely stay here again!
