Beach within walking reach! Newly renovated Ranch with Pool/hotub!

Beautifully and Totally renovated one level ranch home just one block from bid-a-wee beach. Open kitchen/living/dining floorplan. Totally new kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. 2 full baths completely renovated with tile showers (also there is an outdoor shower). Bunk room does not count as a bedroom, but is private. Large covered back patio with 65" flatscreen in lounge area. Large turfed backyard with newly installed heated in-ground gunite pool with hot tub. Fenced for privacy. Small dog allowed with deposit. No other pets. Only offered Dec. 15. 2023 thru March 15, 2024. Includes all utilities and 2 refills for the propane tank (100 gallons). 5 min Walk to beach, restaurants, Starbucks, Arcade, Putt-Putt, Go cart track. You will love it!
