This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 4th floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Free Beach chairs are included with the reservation (in season).

Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Long Beach Resort

We stayed in Long Beach Resort, Building 1 on the 4th floor. The condo was very spacious and clean, check in was a breeze and location was great. We had to leave after only the 2nd day due to a Family emergency but would definitely rent this unit again.

Family Spring Break Trip

Loved the condo. It was our second time staying there. So easy to communicate with the listing company, they were always quick to respond. Great location and the beaches are not as crowded as some other condos at PCB.

Perfect condo!

This property was perfect for 7 adults. The rooms were very comfortable and it was beautiful overall. We all enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and having a more private beach.

Family vacation

The condo was absolutely wonderful! There were 6 adults and a 2yr and 5yr old. Plenty of space for everyone and a table big enough to fit us all to eat together. The views were breathtaking and beach access was super easy. Hope to stay in the same spot next year!

Family spring break

The condo was absolutely perfect for our combined family. Loved the layout and everyone having a view. Definitely recommend a vacuum on site for sand clean up. I can say we all agreed we’d probably not visit again during spring break time as the younger crowds constantly forming in mass crowds and need for constant police in area made us unsettled. Also think more postings about alcohol consumption rules on the beach for the month should be noted for guests as long as other strict rules on children digging, or hours of shutting the beach down for night walks.

When we arrived, the second I opened the door I could smell the cleanliness of the condo. To me, that's a huge plus! Everything was very nicely decorated and clean. The condo was perfect for vacation with the closeness to all the fun and amazing restaurants. We will stay here again!

Awesome Condo!!

This was our first time staying at Longbeach and we had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. All Beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of pots and pans for breakfast! Another plus was easy parking. No parking deck and quick elevators.

Great stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The property is in a great location and close to all of the places we wanted to go. The room was not as clean as hoped for and we found several items left by guests that stayed before us.I loved that there were multiple pools at the location and i appreciated the free beach chairs. I would stay again.

Beautiful condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, decorated beautifully, and close to many things to do. Also, having 3 master bedrooms with their own full en-suite bathrooms was awesome! Being on the 4th floor with quick elevators was super convenient too. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful Unit

Unit was very spacious, updated, homey, & all the appliances worked wonderfully. The view from the unit was stunning & the 6 of us absolutely loved having our own bathrooms and private bedroom views of the ocean. We were really impressed with the array of kitchen cookware & utensils provided. We were a little sad the first 2 days when the pool was ice cold but then we talked to the office and within 24 hours the pool felt like bath water and we were able to fully enjoy the condo amenities in December for our early Christmas celebration with family. We have stayed in a lot of different 3 bedroom condos in PCB & this unit was by far the most spacious & accommodating! We will definitely stay in this unit in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful condo

Long beach is one of our favorite places to stay. We love to be in that area of PCB. The condo was large and comfy for our family of 6. Only issue was with TV in master bedroom that never got resolved during our week there. We were asked if a realtor could show the condo during our stay so I'm guessing the owners are selling so I wouldn't expect the TV to get fixed any time soon. Other than that we had a great time.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a week and it was WONDERFUL. It was nice and quiet. Access to three pools and a beautiful view. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Plenty of space. The door to the balcony was hard to open but it’s definitely accessible. Some things around are definitely worn down but nothing is non-accessible/ non-useable. I truly do recommend staying here and I will be back myself.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was pretty clean, plenty of space, kitchen was great and well stocked. Great location. There were a few things that needs to be fixed - a few of the outlets were loose, the breaker for the heat pump for the first bedroom kept kicking off so the room got pretty warm at times, the track for the sliding doors were pretty dirty, the sliding doors don’t lock (we had small children with us), the door to the balcony in the room with the double beds was hard to lock, the door jam of the front door needs to be fixed. Overall it was a great experience. Would stay here again.

Nice but not the cleanest

The condo was lovely and we enjoyed ourselves. The location was excellent. Now for the not so great stuff, It was difficult to open all the doors going to the patio. The smaller patio had two broken chairs that were unusable. The toilet seats were all so loose that if you weren’t careful you would land on the floor and the tubs had mold growing in them that we cleaned ourselves.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was great but the overall upkeep of the place needs attention. All furniture was warm in living area and stains on furniture. Curtains had stains on them and black mold in one bathroom we didn’t use for showering.. a/c didn’t cool one room at all so we moved to living room pullout. For the price of these places I would have though on better shape. And cleanliness.

Plenty of room and perfect location and nice pools. The kitchen definitely needs stocked with cooking supplies and dish towels. The unit could've also used a deep clean. It was ok. But really dusty, the couch was really broke down and stained and the shower curtains covered in mildew. We had a great time with family but it stinks you pay that much for a place and it can't be more clean than that. Overall we had a good time! Booking, checking in and out was a breeze though! I will definitely book with Emerald Coast Destinations again.

Family vacation to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 4th floor unit has a perfect view, and is right on the beach. There are volleyball courts and chairs with umbrellas. Just reserve them early. Plenty of easy parking, just show your parking pass from the room to security. This is building 1, so there is a pool. The nicer pool is on building 2, which you can use. There are only 2 elevators for this building. One was broken down for most of our time there. Using the stairs became more convenient than waiting for an elevator. The kitchen is nice, but needs new pots and pans. We has to buy some appliances for all the cooking we has planned. Walmart is very close by. Lots of good food nearby too, if you don't cook. Perfect size for family of 7; parents, grandparents and 3 kids.
